Research & Development as per the requirement First of all, we listen and acquire the requirement of the customer. After that our research team will explore and create the formula of the required product from marketing information, the experience we gained, and wide range of our production formulas to meet the customer s need. Then, we would attentively consult with the customer to test and improve until the product is completed and satisfying.

15 Conditions The conditions and requirements of researching and developing the formula. No expense for formula development MOQ are 1,000 kg for body care, and 100 kg for facial care, or 5,000 pcs. Packaging and sticker design under the company s conditions. Documentation, and FDA registration under the company s conditions. The production and mixing Our maximum production capacity is 1000 kg. per day and with our production condition, at least 1,000 kg. for body care, and 100 kg for facial care, or 5000 pieces production per item, this condition is a great opportunity for the customer who wants a variety of their products although the high investment is not required. Packing Beside production service, our factory also provide the service of packing and labelling (MFD, EXD, Lot of production) with our up-to-date tools as well as filmed-packaging.

16 Conditions Packaging We also provide various packaging service such as tube, jar, box, bottle, or cream pack which all of our packaging will be tested and standardized under the standard of FDA s GMP. Quality Control and Quality Assurance (QC & QA) The main goal of our manufacturing is to create the quality product under GMP standard, hence this standard will begin examining all production processes from the procedure of raw material and packaging acquirement until the completion of production. Therefore, our customer could be assured for the quality and safety of our products. Raw Material Control Our company also has the system of quality control and traceability system for raw materials, or packages by connecting the network/system from purchasing process, production process, or transportation procedure.

17 Conditions Legislation We will conduct the formula registration with FDA of Ministry of Public Health for being licit under the new law. Aside from the registration, the required documents is also carried out such as Certificate of Free Sales, Certificate of Product Origin, or Certificate of Manufacturer. In addition of required documents for government sectors, there are product documents issued by legitimate factory; for instance, The specification of the products, Certificate of Analysis, and MSD, Material Safety Data Sheet.
