14 Spa Twenty Six Information Treatment Bookings If your appointment is one hour or more credit card details will be taken to secure your appointment. No charge will be made until you arrive, should you not arrive for your appointment you will be charged 50% of your treatment price. Cancellations If you need to cancel you booking we ask for 48 hours notice, any cancellations made after this time will be charged by 50% of your treatment price. Spa at Home To continue with your treatments all products used in your visit are available to purchase from the Spa Shop. Your therapist will recommend how to get the optimum results from your home regime. Treatment Times Consultations and skincare prescriptions are included in the treatment times listed. What to Expect We ask that you arrive at least 15 minutes in advance of your appointment. If you have not visited the Spa within the last six months you will be required to complete a consultation card.
