18 Information CANCELLATION POLICY We require 24 hours for cancellations to avoid any charges. Please note we require a 50% deposit at the time of booking which is fully refundable with 24 hours notice. AGE RESTRICTIONS Due to insurance requirements we do not treat anyone below the age of 14. Clients aged must be treated with a parent or guardian present. Clients aged will be required to provide authorisation from a parent or guardian. CHILDREN IN THE SPA Champneys regret we do not have facilities for children under the age of 14 within the City Spas. Children under 14 cannot be left unaccompanied in the spa waiting area. PATCH TEST Please be aware a patch test is required a minimum of 24 hours before eyelash or eyebrow tinting.
