15 Booking Information Individual treatments will require a pre-payment of 50% of the total treatment charge at time of booking; the remaining 50% will then be charged after your treatment. Full payment of Spa Packages will be required upon booking. We recommend booking treatments at least 24 hours in advance in order to avoid disappointment. Any treatment cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled treatment time, otherwise your deposit will not be refunded. Cancellations of spa packages must be made 48 hours prior to your booking. If the notice is not given the full cost of the package will be charged. Please ensure that you arrive at the spa at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment in order to make full use of your treatment time and consultation. We are unable to perform any treatments on clients who suffer with any skin allergies/nut allergies or skin conditions. A patch test is required 24 hours prior to treatment. Spa Etiquette The spa is a place of peace and tranquillity; please respect that guests are using the facilities to escape the noise of the outside world. We request that you avoid the use of mobile phones. We strongly recommend that you leave your belongings and valuables in a locker. Please ensure you retrieve all belongings before leaving the spa. 16 Please note Treatment times include your consultation time with the therapist and aftercare. Turning up late for a treatment could risk in your treatment time being cut, please turn up 15 minutes before your treatment time to avoid this. Terms & Conditions The minimum age requirement for spa treatments, Jessica Nail treatments and use of the relaxation area is 16. Ammara Spa has a range of treatments available children between years of age, with parents written consent. Parents are allowed to sit in the treatment with their child, this is optional. Please note treatments will not go ahead without parents written consent. If you are thought to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs you will be refused your treatment. You must declare any surgery that has taken place in the last 12 months before your appointment, as the therapist cannot take responsibility for any injuries sustained during your treatment. If surgery has taken place in the last 12 months your treatment may be cancelled. Unfortunately, due to company policy, we are unable to perform treatments on anyone who suffers with any skin allergies, nut allergies or skin conditions. If you suffer from any medical conditions we advise that you consult your doctor prior to any treatments. Any conditions requiring life maintaining medication will not be accepted.
