Should you wish to tip staff, gratuities are to be given directly to therapists. Thank you. CANCELLATION A 50% non-refundable deposit to confirm booking. CELLULAR PHONES The use of mobiles are limited to reception and garden areas only. No mobiles are allowed in our treatment areas. Please put your mobiles on silent when in the lockers. LATE POLICY Should you arrive late the therapist will provide as much as possible of the treatment in the remaining time, however, she will not overrun the allocated time for that treatment out of respect for the next client. Full price will be applicable. TREATMENT At the discretion of the therapy coordinator, all treatments are done in no specific order. WHAT TO BRING WITH YOU Client are kindly requested to bring along their swimwear, underwear and boxers for gents. As all spa staff is female, gentlemen must note that nudity is (at all times) strictly forbidden. An extra set of underwear, sunglasses and tracksuits are recommended in winter months. Stay-over guest are requested to bring along peaceful sleep as we are on the banks of the Vaal River and insects do sometimes occur depending on the weather.
