Body Wellness 2 hours Dry body brush Lymphatic drainage treatment Commencing with a dry body brush to exfoliate, stimulate circulation and eliminate fat and toxins, this is followed by a light-pressure full body massage focussing on the lymph nodes to relax your nervous system and to reduce water retention. 9 SENSE OF PLACE Treatments with a sense of Singapore, using locally-sourced ingredients including cold compressed coconut oil, local flora and herbs for an unique experience. Deep Heat Back Rub 45 minutes Designed to relieve sore back muscles in the upper body, a therapeutic balm infused with lemongrass, aloe vera and Asian herbs creates a soothing deep heat effect to stimulate circulation and to revitalise. Tropical Indulgence 45 minutes A body polish using sugar and coconut chunks combined with nourishing coconut oil and sweet orchids is applied, resulting in cell regeneration and smooth, hydrated skin. Frangipani Body Cocoon 45 minutes Perfect as a post-sun treatment, this refreshing body wrap with organic coconut soaked with pink frangipani petals and cucumber paste will soothe and hydrate your skin. Singapore Heritage Massage 60 minutes A combination of traditional Asian massage and therapeutic massage techniques results in an uplifting and relaxing experience.

11 MASSAGE WELLNESS Skilled therapists provide a range of massage treatments including Swedish, aromatherapy, acupressure and reflexology to relieve tension, stimulate circulation and promote a good night s sleep. Bespoke Massage 60 or 90 minutes You will go through a pre-consultation with your Therapist prior to your massage to determine the best technique to fit your needs. Foot Reflexology 45 or 60 minutes A foot massage using specific thumb and finger pressure techniques is applied to different zones and reflex areas to improve vitality by stimulating blood circulation and relieving stress. Pregnancy Massage 60 minutes Prenatal massage designed by Themae is both safe and effective for expectant mothers after their first trimester. Your Therapist will work with specific techniques to soothe and reduce pregnancy discomfort. Lava Shell Therapy 60 minutes A massage using self-heated lava shells on the body eases muscle stiffness and provides thermotherapy benefits to promote deep relaxation. 13 BODY TREATMENT Biologique Recherche body treatments combine extensive scientific research with pure, concentrated and raw ingredients. The treatments are designed to detoxify and tone, to restore a smoother and balanced silhouette. Ultimate Body Exfoliation 45 minutes A deep body exfoliation using either Lotion P50 or Gommage P50 will restore a healthy outer layer of the epidermis and improve circulation. This is followed by application of a body oil and body cream for toning and firming. Restorative Foot Treatment 60 minutes A soothing treatment for tired legs; gentle exfoliation is performed with Lotion P50 with a body glove to simultaneously tone and eliminate dead skin cells. A relaxing massage with cypress, camphor, mint and rosemary essential oils improves microcirculation to leave legs refreshed and energised. Anti-C Body Treatment 90 minutes A deep exfoliation with body Gommage P50 is followed by a thermal wrap with algae, thyme, mint and lemon essential oils to tone and combat cellulite. Selected skin-specific cream and serums using a body glove will further tone and redefine the silhouette. Lift CVS Focus Treatment 60 minutes - Choice of Thighs, Hips, Abdomen or Bust Targetted at toning and lifting, a Lotion P50 exfoliation with a body glove is followed by an intensive massage. The treatment ends with a full body marine wrap to detox and a relaxing massage with Crème Amincissante Oxygenante MC110 to sculpt and lift. Best results are achieved with a treatment series combined with a customised home care regimen.

20 HOW TO SPA AT CHI To ensure your experience at CHI, The Spa is as relaxing as our treatments themselves, we recommend you follow these simple guidelines. Hours of Operation Daily, 10am to 10pm Reservations For your reservations, please contact CHI, The Spa at or dial 7278 from your hotel room. Late Arrival Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment as treatments will not be extended for late arrival; full amount on the scheduled treatment will be charged accordingly. Attire A robe, slippers, and a locker will be provided during your spa visit. During treatments, towels will be used as appropriate to preserve our guests modesty. For Your Comfort To ensure you receive the utmost from your CHI, The Spa experience, we encourage you to share with your therapist your preferences for the room temperature, treatment pressure, and technique. Health & Condition If you are pregnant, have high blood pressure, allergies, heart conditions, or any other health considerations that would affect your choice of services, please let us know beforehand and upon arrival to allow us to personalise and adjust your experience as needed. Confirmation We require your credit card details to secure your reservations. Cancellation In consideration of other spa guests, we request a minimum of 4 hours cancellation notice failing which, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged to your credit card or to your valid room account. No-shows will be charged as full amount. Gratuities Additional gratuities for exceptional service may be added to your bill upon check-out. Payment We accept cash, all major credit cards and gift vouchers authorised by Shangri-La Hotel, Singapore. All prices are quoted in Singapore Dollars and inclusive of 10% service charge and GST. Hotel guests may sign for the treatments to their valid room account.

21 CUSTOMER ASSURANCE Service Guarantee CHI, The Spa at Shangri-La Hotel, Singapore offers treatments and products of satisfactory quality to both male and female customers as defined in the Sale of Goods Act S4 (2), Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act and Lemon Law. We guarantee the satisfaction of our customers. If the customer wishes to exchange or refund a product purchased, they can do so within five working days of purchase (not inclusive of Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday). The exchange or refund will be implemented within 14 working days upon receiving the request. We strictly prohibit any form of selling tactics during treatments. All spa treatment prices, descriptions and upgrades are clearly displayed in CHI, The Spa menu and website, and will be honoured accordingly. Certain promotions have specific validity periods as stated in CHI, The Spa s marketing materials. We advise all our customers to schedule their appointments in advance in order to obtain their preferred treatment time. If rescheduling or cancellation is required, please give us a minimum of four hours advance notice. If the spa receives the rescheduling or cancellation request in less than four hours prior to the scheduled treatment and if there is a no show, full amount on the scheduled treatment will be charged. There will be no extension time on the treatment for late arrivals. Customers can opt for a change of therapist within the first 10 minutes of treatment (subject to availability). CHI, The Spa adheres to privacy policy of Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts in all transactions. Please refer to the website for details. We are committed to service excellence. We follow up on customer complaints within a reasonable time frame of no more than three weeks. However, if the customer is not satisfied with our resolution, they are advised to contact CASE Mediation Centre directly.

22 General Terms and Conditions for Gift Certificate Redemption Gift certificates can be purchased for all our spa treatments. If the recipient of the gift certificate wishes to change the treatment selected, they must pay the difference if the new spa treatment is of a higher value. No additional payment is required if the spa treatment is of equal value. If the spa treatment is of lower value than the original, we will not refund the difference to the customer. The value reflected in the gift certificate is expressed in Singapore Dollars. Gift certificates cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded. The original gift certificate within their validity period must be presented at the spa reception before the redemption of treatments or products. If the serial number on the gift certificate is defective or unable to retrieve, it will be deemed as void. There will be no extension to expired gift certificates. We advise all our customers to schedule their appointments in advance in order to obtain their preferred treatment time. The management reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice. Exchange and Refund Policy Products cannot be exchanged for cash and the chosen item for exchange should be of equal or higher value than the returned merchandise. Customers have to pay for the difference in value for the exchanged item of a higher value. For items of lower value than the returned merchandise, the excess amount will be forfeited. We do not refund purchased gift certificates or complimentary vouchers and any item purchased on discount or during promotion. Payment All prices listed include government taxes and/or prevailing service charge. CHI, The Spa accepts cash in Singapore Dollars and all major credit cards. Hotel guests may sign for the treatments to their valid room account.
