3 A few words from our President I would like to thank everyone that came out and helped us celebrate the 30th Anniversary of our Boogie Bash. The event was a huge success, thank you everyone for the support. I would like to thank our Board of Directors, you guys and gals are truly amazing, all your hard work is very much appreciated. To our volunteers, thanks so much, we couldn't host this event without you. See you all next year. We are still awaiting the outcome of some court proceedings with regards to our name. The Rock Creek Fairgrounds is already booked for next years event August 2-5, 2019 so mark your calendars! We will still continue to help injured riders and their families. Our mission will stay the same no matter the outcome. Plans are underway for our Halloween Dance on October 27, 2018 at the Vernon Elks Hall, $15 each $25/couple. We will have prizes for costumes, we look forward to seeing everyone s ideas. This year we will be hosting a Semi-formal Masquerade New Year s Eve Dinner & Dance, Monday December 31, 2018 at the Vernon Elks Hall, watch our website and Facebook for further details. I hope everyone enjoyed our riding season despite the smoke, stay safe & enjoy the wind therapy. Cheers, Coralee Veness, President
