3 Policies and Information Payment Payment is accepted by mail or in person. Payments are accepted in Cash or Check. Retuned checks are subject to a $25.00 service charge. Class discounts are available to all PCAC members. Need-based scholarships may be available. Please call PCAC at and ask for an application. Cancellations PCAC reserves the right to cancel any class when there is insufficient enrollment. Registrants will be notified and will receive a full refund. If PCAC finds it necessary to close due to severe weather conditions, class sessions will be rescheduled. Promotional PCAC reserves the right to photograph activities that occur on its premises including students in class and student artwork for use in the Center s promotional materials. If there is a concern please speak with PCAC staff. Child Drop-off/Pick-up PCAC requires that parents do not drop children and youths more than 10 minutes prior to the start of class. Students are to be picked up within 5 minutes at the conclusion of class. Please call in case of emergency. Rental PCAC is available for daytime and evening rentals. It s the perfect place for birthday parties, graduations, weddings and professional events. Students will use a variety of materials including charcoal, pastels, watercolors and acrylic paint. You will learn to cut glass and to apply directly to a project, then grout and seal it. Adhesives and finishing techniques will be covered. Saginaw, Pontiac) Wednesday - November 3 You can design and make your very own fused-glass pendant to wear as a necklace or pin. We supply everything, glass for fusing, inclusions, bails, and a pin back or cord to make your design a wearable piece of art. Pendants are cut and assembled in the two hour class session. After we fire them you can come anytime and glue on the bail or pin back. No experience necessary. (Materials fee $10) $50 Non- $55 Stained Glass Scrapbooking 10:30-12:30 p.m. Saturday - November 3 Now you can combine your scrapbooking and stained glass skills to create a wearable piece of art. Even if you don t have these skills we will help you, no experience necessary. Students will start with a 1"x2" or 1.5"x1.5" clear beveled glass piece and a photo or scrapbook at (you supply. We suggest you bring a printed copy, not originals) to make your glass sandwich. You will solder them together, then if you like add embellishments like wire curly-q or beads. Then we add a pin back or bail and cord for wearing around your neck. All supplies are provided and we let you use our tools. This is a great class for teens to have fun dancing and meeting new friends. They will also learn jazz and modern dance movements. $55 Non- $65 drama Teen Drama years old Thursday (8 week class) 4-5:30 p.m. Students will develop acting skills as well as learn ways to express emotion. There will be an emphasis on improvisation skills. Students will create class performance for parents and friends.
