March 20 Your United Flight departs Newark at 10:05AM and arrives at Tampa/St. Petersburg International Airport at 1250PM. Visit the Museum of Fine Arts in St Petersburg where we start with lunch at the MFA Café with its stunning waterfront views. After lunch we have a docent led tour of the museum

2 with its comprehensive collection including major works by the French artists Monet, Morisot, Rodin, and Corot, and the Americans Inness, Hassam, Bellows and Andrew Wyeth. Also on view are ancient Greek and Roman, Egyptian, Asian, African, pre-columbian, Native American art. We continue to the Chihuly Collection. This is a stunning, permanent collection of world-renowned artist Dale Chihuly's unique artwork. The presentation is unique as it is the first installation in a building designed specifically for that purpose. The Collection includes spectacular large-scale installations such as Ruby Red Icicle Chandelier along with several popular series. Check into our hotel, Hilton St. Petersburg Carillon Park. We enjoy a Welcome Dinner tonight. (L/D) Day 02. March 21 We start our day with a docent-led visit of the James Museum of Western and Wildlife Art. Founded by Tom and Mary James who collected works in oil, ink and stone, its works evoke the spirit of a wide open frontier and the beauty of life in the wild. Since their first acquisition, a vast artistic legacy has grown. We continue our day at The Salvador Dalí Museum dedicated to the works of Salvador Dalí housing the largest collection of his works outside Europe. Its collection includes 96 oil paintings, over 100 watercolors and drawings. The museum is home to 7 of the 18 "masterwork" paintings by Dalí. After lunch we visit the Morean Arts Center displaying works by local, national and international artists. Its roots date back to 1917 as the Art Club of St. Petersburg, with its focus on an innovative, community-oriented approach to art and art education. We finish our day at one of the largest holocaust museums in the country, the Florida Holocaust Museum. The Museum honors the memory of millions of innocent men, women and children who suffered or died in the Holocaust. (B/L/D) Day 03. March 22 TODAY IS CIRCUS DAY! Act 1 is the John and Mable Ringling Museum of Art. Designated as the official state art museum for Florida, the institution offers twenty-one galleries of European paintings as well as Cypriot antiquities, Asian, American, and contemporary art. The museum's art collection currently consists of more than 10,000 objects. The most celebrated items in the museum are 16th-20th-century European paintings, including a world-renowned collection of Peter Paul Rubens paintings. Act 2 is lunch at the Muse at the Ringling where you will dine on modern American cuisine Act 3 is the dazzling splendor of Ca'd'Zan. The home of John and Mable Ringling stands as a testament to the American Dream of the Roaring Twenties. Inspired by and designed in the Venetian Gothic style of the palazzos that ring the Venice canals, this palatial mansion perfectly captures the splendor and romance of the Italy the Ringlings so loved. Act 4 is a tour of the Ringling Circus Museum. The history of the circus comes to life through the vast and varied

3 collections in the Circus Museum. Among the highlights are performers' wardrobes, beautifully carved parade wagons, sturdy utility wagons and a cannon that shot fearless performers across the big top. You will be fascinated by the beautifully printed lithographic posters used to advertise circuses and other fine art prints that document the circus' influence on American and European cultures. The Final Act is a self-guided visit to the Ringling Bayfront Gardens. Courting couples statuary watch over Mable's Rose Garden;t majestic Banyan trees provide shade; the Dwarf Garden inspires whimsy; the Circus King finally rests in the Secret Garden. (B/L/D) Day 04. March 23 After we check out of our hotel, we head to Tampa and the Florida Museum of Photographic Arts. This museum is dedicated to exhibiting important photographic art as central to contemporary life and culture. FMoPA collects, preserves, and exhibits historic and contemporary works by nationally and internationally known photographic artists. We continue to the Tampa Museum of Art for lunch at its Riverfront Café. After lunch we have a tour of the museum and explore its collection of Modern and Contemporary art as well as its Greek, Romans and Etruscan antiquities. All good things must come to an end, it's time to head for the airport for our trip home. 5 TERMS AND CONDITIONS This trip involves full days of sightseeing with significant amounts of walking. Travelers must be in good physical condition and must be able to walk long distances, climb up and down stairs without handrails, handle uneven pavement and be able to climb on and off a motorcoach without assistance. If a traveler requires such assistance, she/he must be accompanied by a person fit and able to assist her/him who will be totally responsible for providing all required assistance. To enjoy this trip to the fullest, make sure you review the itinerary carefully and understand the level of physical activity and walking that the tour involves before booking. Consult with your physician if you have any concerns at all regarding your ability to participate and enjoy this trip. RESPONSIBILITY: The Newark Museum/Carew Travel Consultants Inc. act only as agents for the passenger with respect to transportation and hotels, and exercise every care possible. However, we can assume no liability for injury, damage, loss, accident, delay, or irregularity in connection with the services of any airplane, train, auto motorcoach or other conveyance used in carrying out these tours, or for acts of default of any company or person engaged in conveying the passengers or in carrying out the arrangements of the tour. The Newark Museum reserves the right to decline acceptance to any person as member of the tour or to require any participant to withdraw from the tour at any time without any refund when such person is incapable of meeting the rigors and requirements of the trip activities or is abusive to other trip participants or tour leaders. These actions will be taken when determined to be in the best interests of the health, safety and general welfare of the group or of the individual participant. Your completed reservation form with payment should be mailed to the Newark Museum. The balance is due January 20, Invoices for the balance of the payment will be mailed in early January. Cancellations made after January 20, 2019 will forfeit the entire cost of the trip. TRAVEL INSURANCE: The Newark Museum strongly advises all tour participants to purchase travel insurance.
