With our 3rd sale just a short time away, we are truly excited to be offering a great set of cattle at a time when many herds are reluctant to sell and trying to build numbers in order to capitalize on the great economic times in the industry. Despite this we have compiled not just a cross section of some of the finest Angus herds in Ohio, but the very best genetic potential that many of these breeders have to offer. Along with the genetics from matings of these Ohio breeders, we offer the influence and direct breeding from some of the best herds in the entire country. With the array of donor cows represented, this sale offers truly superior phenotype, an excellent blend of EPD s, pedigree, and individual production records. I could not have been more excited early this fall as I travelled the state to sort and picture cattle, as breeders already had their best picked out to consign, and I was able to get to some operations that have never before opened their genetics up for public offering. It was also a pleasure travelling and working with Dan Wells and the staff at Cotton and Associates, who is providing their professional Angus marketing and sales experience for us again. We feel there will be something for everyone in this sale with an offering of elite donor females, solid replacement heifers, and proven cows with a mix of maternal, growth, and carcass strengths.
