2 COMPLEX OVERVIEW Join the David Bieber Archives, one of the country s largest music, media and pop culture memorabilia collections, Righteous Babe Records, UFO Music, The Sneaker Museum, Percival Brewing Company and a host of artist, photographer and event tenants at the Space Center, a $10M redevelopment of an old mill complex spanning 300,000 sq/ft across 12 buildings on 18 acres. Phase I saw the completion of Buildings 1, 4, 6, and the hub of the complex, Building 2, a dynamic 15,600 sq/ft EVENT/MUSIC/PERFORMANCE space. The Space Center is ideally situated just off Rt. 1, between Boston and Providence. The demographics within a 15-mile radius bear out tremendous opportunities: population of over 1 million people; median age of 41; median household income over $92k. In the heart of the commuter beltway, the Space Center is uniquely positioned to become a regional magnet and a sure draw throughout the Boston/Providence corridor for those left wanting and willing to spend money for a cultural experience. 3 BLDG 2 OVERVIEW Building 2: a 15,600 sq/ft space that can be transformed for events, music, performance and art. High-beams, windowed-ceilings, and concrete flooring create an open-concept industrial space with lots of light during the day, becoming the perfect blank canvas for mood and atmosphere at night. Recent happenings have included the Route 1 Project Pit Stop concert event, NBC Boston Investigators Promo film shoot, CONTACT band music video shoot, and Curio Market + Whimsy s weekly curated marketplace.
