Worth Airport (DFW) International Airport (Approx. 90 miles) Clifton Municipal/Isenhower Field Airport (Approx. 6 miles) Breeding Guarantee We guarantee all livestock sold as sound breeders. However, if we feel that the heifer has been fed to an extreme level of obesity for the showring, we hold the feeder responsible for any reproductive problems and no longer feel responsible to guarantee that individual animal. In the rare case that this should occur, we will still try and help you through two breeding seasons. Running L Ranch, Hoffman Ranch and Topp Herefords reserve the right to two flushes on the entire heifer offering unless otherwise noted on selected lots at our expense and the buyers convenience. Interest The buyer has 30 days to settle for the animal(s) purchased. If the animal is not paid for within 30 days, an interest charge of 11% will be charged as well as daily feed/care for the animal unless other arrangements are made. 3 Dear Friends, First and foremost, all of us would like to welcome you to my home town of Clifton, Texas, for the Larson/Hoffman/Topp Sale. It is along this same F.M. road that my passion for Hereford cattle began. When I was a kid, my dad always used Hereford bulls and he would give us a nickel every time we found a horn weight on the range. It was from this point forward I saw Herefords as a profitable breed. However, it did not take long to see why dad used Hereford bulls. Dad and Mom s commercial cow herd became increasingly Hereford based and with that came a set of cows that were predictable, manageable and productive. We all know the Hereford cow is back. She is a model of durability, efficiency and profitability. The recent explosion for the demand of Hereford based cattle is because word is getting around about this great breed. Our breed is poised to compliment the beef industry in a multiple of facets because at the end of the day you have a true efficient machine that gets the job done. It is fact that we need to move forward with discipline. It is with this in mind that this sale came to be. Our partners, Hoffman Ranch and Topp Herefords, are focused on the same goals of producing top quality Hereford cattle that continue this momentum.
