3 HEUCOSPERSE HEUCOSPERSE are low viscosity dispersions of organic pigments in a solution of styrene acrylic co-polymer. To provide the best possible balance between stability, gloss, viscosity and compatibility HEUCOSPERSE pigment preparations are solvent free. Since the pigment is already optimally dispersed, the need for cost intensive pre-dispersion and milling processes is eliminated. The use of water based printing inks to replace solvent based systems is growing rapidly. The high quality pigment preparations enable for the minimisation of waste water during production. pigment preparation is a highly sophisticated dispersion line for demanding anilox printing requirements.
