5 01 ABOUT THE BUILDING The former malting facility from 1994, listed as a historic building, is located on Große Elbstraße, which is very close to the river Elbe and serves the purpose of a special event location. The building hosts diverse and extraordinary retail stores specialised in lifestyle & furnishing. More parts of the premises, on different floors, are provided as a platform and location for designers to exhibit commercial and cultural projects. These premises, for example, could temporarily serve to launch a POP-UP store. The main event premise of the stilwerk Hamburg, the FORUM 07, is located on the 7th floor of the building. Depending on the requirements of the event, the areas from the ground floor to the 7th floor can be used for delivery purposes. has been promoting and supervising the premises for rentals and events since July Furthermore, the agency can also provide full-service support and supervision. An architectural and visual highlight of these premises is a large window front which emerges up to the gable of the building. All window fronts are equipped with the latest technology by the company MARKILUX and can be dimmed or turn opaque automatically. The premises may be used for several different events. 13 04 INCIDENTAL COSTS Additional costs, which usually accrue by renting these premises, are listed in the following. The renter is required to pay accrued costs: A final cleaning of the used premises after the event. will submit an offer of the whole cost estimate of the premises including final cleanings. Incidental costs (electricity, water and heating) are generally included. Supervision and supporting services by on-site including set-up, dismantling and support during the event (29,50 net/hrs.) During the time of 9 p.m. to 9 a.m., additional charges of 25,-EUR net/hrs. (+ single payment of 50,-EUR for the staff at the reception.
