Opera Season 2018 season ticket holders for Teatro Regio di Parma will be able to purchase a new season ticket for Festival Verdi 2018 on 9 and 10 March New season tickets will go on sale 13 and 14 March 2018 at the Teatro Regio di Parma Box Office. When renewing or purchasing season tickets, Festival Verdi 2018 season ticket holders will be able to buy pre-sale tickets for Le Trouvère with a reduction of 20% for any programmed date. 7 PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNTS Youth Special Festival Verdi Persons under 30 years of age are entitled to a 50% discount on the cost of season tickets and tickets for all performances, for seats in the stalls and boxes (including performances not included in the season ticket) at Teatro Regio di Parma and for Le Trouvère at Teatro Farnese. They are also entitled to a discounted ticket for all the recitals of Mezzogiorno in musica. The promotion is subject to availability. 9 PARCHEGGIO TOSCHI FACILITY Attendees of Festival Verdi 2018 may benefit from a parking discount at Parcheggio Toschi during operas, concerts, theatre and dance performances. The discount is limited to the times specified below: - For afternoon performances commencing before 6.00 pm: the 90 minutes preceding the start and 60 minutes following the conclusion of the performance. - For evening performances commencing from 7.00 pm: the 90 minutes preceding the start until 2.00 am the following day. To activate the discount, attendees must validate their parking ticket in the designated machine located at the theatre. Please note that this discount is strictly for the times specified. Exit from the carpark prior to, or later than, the specified times will nullify this offer and the full price must be paid at regular rates. If you have a TELEPASS, the discount is not automatically applicable at Parcheggio Toschi. To take advantage of the offer, the TELEPASS must be deactivated by switching off the transponder or placing it in the dedicated shield box before entering Parcheggio Toschi. Alternatively, prior to entering Parcheggio Toschi, contact the operators (pr.parmapark@apcoa.it Tel Mob ) and communicate the transponder code so they can disable it, then collect your ticket as normal. 15 GENERAL INFORMATION Once purchased, tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged. Audience members must remain in possession of their ticket or season ticket card, and present it upon request to theatre staff, who may also ask for further documentation pertaining to discounts. In circumstances where the season ticket holder has forgotten his/her pass, new tickets can be purchased for 3.00 each. As an exception, season ticket holders may request date changes at the Teatro Regio di Parma Box Office, upon presentation of the season ticket card. The request will be granted subject to availability of seats and at a cost of In the event of theft or loss, season ticket cards will not be replaced. Under such circumstances, to continue using your seat, the holder must present a self-certified declaration of the theft or loss to Teatro Regio. Tickets are only valid for the date indicated and stated. Alterations are not permitted. Once a performance has commenced, access to the theatre will not be granted until the first interval. It is forbidden to smoke on theatre premises. This ban includes the use of electronic cigarettes. Cameras, audio and video recording equipment cannot be used. Audience members are required to switch off mobile phones and watch alarms. The cloakroom service is free. Audience members are invited to deposit coats, umbrellas, hats and bags.
