He has extensive knowledge of fasteners as he has been in this industry for the past 30 years. We import and export to and from Mainland hina, Taiwan, US and export to US, ustralia, Swaziland, Seychelles and other frican countries. Our staff compliment is 26 staff. We have 4 Sales onsultants, 1 Sales irector, 1 Financial irector, 1 Operations Manager, 1 ispatch Manager, 2 Receiving lerks, 2 rivers, 1 ebtors lerk, 1 reditors lerk, 3 Internal Sales Ladies, 1 Receptionist / dmin Lady, 3 Packing Ladies, 4 Pullers, 1 leaner. Recently we have joined a company called Sirdar. This company incorporates governance, and makes all employees accountable for their job descriptions and for business success. Springlok Fasteners cc now has a oard of irectors (Sirdar) which we believe is essential in order for us to make the correct business decisions going forward.
