1 Hic et Nunc Embassy of Arab Republic of Egypt Rome, June ANNOUNCEMENT OF SELECTION for the collective exhibition and international art prize Hic et Nunc Embassy of Arab Republic of Egypt via delle Terme di Traiano Rome From June 20 to 26, Opening June 20 at 6 pm. Organization and Idealization: Anna Isopo Arte Borgo Gallery and Monica Ferrarini Association M.F. Eventi LOCATION The exhibition involves artists who will represent, according to their own charge of style and research, the philosophic concept of here and now which is expressed by the exhibition title. In a finite and limited dimension where the human being lives, often closed in a materialistic and hectic reality which tends to lose and underestimate the spiritual dimension, art becomes a tool to open the door of infinity and it reveals new openings to the world. The exposed artworks aim to send to the spectator a reminder for enjoying the present, here and now, with the consciousness of the own interior emotions and with the harmonization between the Self and the Universe. Each artist could participate with one or more artworks.

2 THE PRIZE: International contemporary art prize Hic et Nunc : it will be conferred on the day of vernissage. A technical jury will select among the participant artists three winners who will manage to win: - The first artist will win a free participation with an artwork into the collective exhibition The Soul, the Color, The Matter which is going to be set in the Multifunctional Room of Museo Crocetti in Rome from September 15 to 27, The second artist will gain a free participation with an artwork into a collective exhibition which is going to be set in the exposure place of Arte Borgo Gallery in Rome within the current year The third artist will win a vanity plate It will be also conferred an Honorable Mention, THE AWARD OF CRITICISM. All participants will receive a certificate of participation. Art. 1- Selection and participation Selection and participation are available for artists of any nationality and without any age limit who should send via a brief biography and three photos which represent the own artwork (unless the artist has a personal website). Those who have already worked with the Association can skip this passage and may only show the artwork to be exposed. The selection will occur in parallel with the outlook of the received material. The selected artists will pay an application fee of 120,00 (one hundred twenty euro) per artwork, that is supposed to cover all the expenses as written in Art.7. The fee has to be paid within 5 days after the communication of the occurred selection. It is even possible to participate with two or more artworks and each additional artwork will have a cost of 80,00. (two artworks 200,00, three artworks 280,00 )

3 Art. 2 Technical specifications Painting Sculpture Photography Installation: there are no limits regarding style, technique, materials nor supports. The allowed maximum dimensions should not be more than basic cm 100. Possible different dimensions have to be agreed with the two curators. The artworks should be provided with the own equipment to be attacked (if not they won t be exposed). It is essential to indicate the name label of all the artworks that will be exposed by including: name, surname, artwork title, year of production, technique and quotation. Art. 3 Time limits and procedures of participation The artists should adhere within and not later than the midnight of June 9, Art. 4 Transfers and delivery of the artworks Delivery via Courier: Artworks should be obligatory sent via Mail Boxes ETC. 089 domiciled in Via dei Mille 38/40 Rome. Handler of society is Mr. Luigi Bevilacqua who can be contacted at the following telephone numbers: or , or via mail mbe089@mbe.it. Delivery may occur within June 15, Mail Boxes will be committed to transfer the artworks to and from the Halls of the Embassy of Arab Republic of Egypt. At the end of the event, the artworks will be sent back via Mail Boxes ETC 089. Hand-delivery: Otherwise the artworks could be hand-delivered to Mail Boxes ETC. 089 domiciled in Via dei Mille 38/40 Rome within June 15, 2018 and even in this case it is possible to contact its handler Mr. Luigi Bevilacqua at the following telephone numbers: or , or via mail mbe089@mbe.it. He will provide the delivery service from the domicile of Via dei Mille to the Embassy and vice versa. Those who have different requirements should inform the organization and make an agreement at least two weeks before the event.

4 Art. 5 Responsibilities Despite guaranteeing the total care and custody of the exposed artworks, the event managers, Arte Borgo Gallery and Association M.F. Eventi, decline any responsibility in case of possible theft, fires or any kind of damages towards the artworks and/or people which may occur during the entire exhibition period and during the transfer of the artworks carried out by the couriers. Each selected artist allows the treatment of personal data transmitted in accordance with the law 675/96. The application to the exhibition implies the knowledge and total approval of the present regulation. Art. 6 Artworks sale The managers won t conduct the direct sale of the artworks, in case the sale management will be directly carried on by the artist and the managers won t receive any percentage. Art. 7 Participation fee Participation fee amounts to 120,00 (one hundred twenty euro per artwork to be exposed); it is mandatory for the selected artists and it guarantees the following services: Rent of the venue Secretary Installation and dis-installation of the exhibition by specialized staff Security provided by professional staff Relationships with involved public and private institutions Critical cure Critic s attendance on the day of vernissage Graphic planning and study of the event image by graphic designer & professional web master Graphic and typographic cure of the advertising material (invitations, banner, certificates of participation) Broadcasting service by channel Arte 24 Event advertising & press office Welcoming vernissage
