The shop would be named Big Cat Tattoo and would be operated within the strictest guidelines set forth by the county by myself and my husbandjoe Tatum. The current zoning of this development is C2 and the acreage of the total tract of the development is 2.69 acres. We will only operate out of one unit, unit 700 which is 1,500 sqft. There are 100 parking spots, including 96 regular and four handicapped. The height of the building is 14.5' and we are not requesting any physical changes of building, site, or buffers. Joe has been working as a Tattoo Professional since 2001 andjoe and I have owned and operated a successful Tattoo shop in historic downtown Monroe Georgia for the past six years. We would like to expanded our business by opening up in our neighboring county and bringing the same high quality artwork and customer service here to Gwinnett County that we have been practicing in Walton County. As business owners we are very passionate about being involved with our neighbors and community. From sponsoring little league teams and donating to veterans causes to decorating and harboring feelings of togetherness during the holidays, we always try to be a positive force in our community. We understand the negative perspective that many people have of our profession and strive to set a high standard in behavior, business, and quality for our shop, artist and even our competitors. If we are allowed to do business in Gwinnett County you will be able to count on us to always meet and exceed all standards put before us. We have spent the last six years proving ourselves as good neighbors, restoring and maintaining a historic building for our first shop, and good business owners, building our reputation in the Tattoo community as SUP '

8 a shop that puts out top notch work at fair prices where clients are treated with respect. We hold ourselves to very high standards daily in our business and our personal lives and expect the same from our artist. Artist seek to work at our shop because of our reputation of professionalism and our commitment to always improving. We hope to continue this practice and continue building our reputation in Gwinnett County as a partner with our new neighbors and community. Our goal for the shop is to one day employ up to six artist. The interior design for the shop will be set up so that clients and guest can see the work being done without compromising the sterility of the work environment. We have succeeded in a floor plan like this in our current shop and clients enjoy not being closed off unless they need privacy, which we will provide a separate room for. We will mirror our hours to coincide with our neighbors in hopes that we will all benefit from the added traffic of new potential clients. Our clientele has always come from every walk of life; judges, cops, local business men and even farmers. We like the diversity and always strive to maintain an environment that everyone will feel comfortable in. We have no plans to ever change this about our shop or our behavior towards our clients as it has brought success in a small town. Over the years our DDA has been proactive in the development of Monroe's downtown business community by encouraging thoughtful redevelopment of historic structures and continually considering the mix of retail and professional businesses in our downtown core. No Cross No Crown Tattoo is one of our businesses along the main downtown corridor in Monroe. They occupy a prominent historic building that they beautifully renovated a few years ago.
