1 Apparel Catalog The items included in this catalog have been chosen to provide Santa Anita A s members with a selection of high quality apparel which identifies the wearer as a member of the Santa Anita A s. The selection offered includes Polo shirts, Dress Shirts, Jackets and a variety of Hats. The club identification will be embroidered on the front of the clothing. As an option, the Club s logo may be silk screened on the back of the polo shirts. Also, as an option, the member s name can be embroidered on the front of the shirts and jackets. The apparel shown in this catalog may be purchased using the order form included in the catalog. Also included in the catalog is a sizing chart which may be used to select the the proper size clothing. Ordering procedure: Fill out the order form identifying: 1. The quantity of each item you are ordering 2. The size of the clothing 3. Which of the embroidery options you want on the front of the clothing 4. If you want the logo silk screened on the back of the polo shirts 5. If you want your name embroidered on the front of the clothing All orders should be sent to Joe Wilson either by mail, or phone ( ). Upon review of the order and determination of the amount due, a check should be sent to our Treasurer, Carol Emanuelli. Upon receipt of the check, the order will be entered. We request that orders be paid in advance by check, no cash. Turn around time for orders only requiring embroidery will be 2-3 weeks. Orders for shirts requiring silk screening will take more time. The cost shown for the items listed on the order form is the total cost, including taxes we pay for the goods.

5 Getting the right fit The charts below can be used to determine which size clothing you should order. There are separate charts for men and women. They can be used to size the Polo Shirts, Dress Shirts and Jackets. How to measure: Chest - With arms down at sides, measure around the upper body, under arms and over the fullest part of the chest. Arm - Place hand on hip. Start at the center of the back of the neck and measure across the shoulder, to the elbow, and then down to the wrist. Neck- Measure around the base of the neck, inserting a finger or two between the tape and neck for comfort.
