Clothing service life: Duration of the protective clothing using is not fixed. Expected service life is within the range from 2 to 3 years in case of average utilization.

In such case the following steps have to be done: Clean the clothing according to the instructions Ensure skilled revision of the clothing by a responsible person (producer, skilled

17 Clothing service life: Duration of the protective clothing using is not fixed. Expected service life is within the range from 2 to 3 years in case of average utilization. It is protective clothing which means that it can be damaged during some working activity. In such case the following steps have to be done: Clean the clothing according to the instructions Ensure skilled revision of the clothing by a responsible person (producer, skilled distributor, or skilled person of a particular fire station) In case of need repair it (to ensure safety the clothing should be repaired at the PRODUCER or a skilled person) In case of excessive damage and failure of the protective properties of the clothing when the repair is not worthwhile, we recommend to put it out of use Maintenance: AMBULANCE blouse, trousers, long jacket, short jacket, vest, overall AMBULANCE FLEECE jacket Max 25 cycles of washing and chemical cleaning (red and orange fluorescent material) Max 50 cycles of washing and chemical cleaning (yellow fluorescent material) Max 25 cycles of washing and chemical cleaning AMBULANCE Softshell Max 25 cycles of washing and chemical cleaning AMBULANCE polo-shirt Max 25 cycles of washing and chemical cleaning In case of using reflective tape REFLEXITE GP 340 it is necessary to use the following chemical procedures: The product may be chemically cleaned only by trifluortrichlorethan and heavy petrol (distilling range between 150 C and 210 C, flash point 38 C to 70 C ) by conventional procedures for cleaning without limitation 17

18 Maximum wash temperature set at 60 C with reduced mechanical action We recommend delicate washing at 40 C. Temperature of 40 C is suitable as well for very dirty clothing. All closures (zippers, press buttons, velcros, buttons, carabines) must be properly closed to avoid abrasionph of washing bath must not be higher than 9. Do not use detergents with bleaching effects. Optimal level of machine loading is 2/3, with maximum possible water level and lower spinning speeds. If the garment has removable insert, always wash the outer parts separately from inserts. If inserts are not soiled, remove them and wash just the outer parts to prevent unnecessary wear of moisture and thermal barrier. Do not use any softeners! (f.e. for drum of 13 kg put dry garments with weight of 10 kg) If the garment is damp, we recommend to hang it to dry 18

19 No tumble dry Iron at maximal temperature 110 C, carefully with steam. Do not Bleach The product can be cleaned by tetrachlorethen, monofluortrichlormethan and all dissolution reagents stated under a symbol F. Usual cleaning steps are without a limitation No chemical cleaning Storage: Storage of the clothing does not require any special conditions.
