The other lines available are beautiful, but they re designed for the 18-year-old body. I m designing for myself, but the unique fits and styles in Chrissie by Tail will appeal to women of all ages. I ve been in the game for so long, and I ve seen different trends come and go. I like the cleanliness of classic tennis whites, but at the same time I also love vibrant colors. Chrissie by Tail includes my favorite details such as mesh on a dress, pleated and ruffled skirts, and cap sleeves these have been part of my signature style. 12 S I Z E & F I T T E R M S & C O N D I T I O N S HOW TO MEASURE TERMS OF SALE SHIPPING TERMS PAYMENT TERMS REFUSED SHIPMENTS Credit will be issued for merchandise only. Shipping charges will be billed to the customer s account. WAIST Your natural waist is the most narrow point below your rib cage and above your belly button. BUST To find the perfect fit, measure under your arms around the fullest part of your chest. HIPS Measurements should be taken 8 below the natural waist. Terms are net 45 days unless otherwise specified in a Tail sales program. Shipments are F.O.B. Miami, Florida. Past due accounts will be assessed a late charge that will be applied at the monthly rate of 1.5%. INVOICES AND STATEMENTS Invoices will be distributed with shipments. Monthly statements can be sent via mail or if requested. CANCELLATIONS Cancellation of more than 15% of an order within 30 days of scheduled ship date will result in loss of sales discount on the order. BACKORDERS Should an item be out of stock, the item will be backordered unless the customer instructed otherwise on the purchase order. Tail will pay shipping charges on backorders. TEAM ORDERS Team orders are considered separate orders and will be approved only if a qualifying order has been placed for the season. B2B PORTAL TRANS-SHIPPING Tail sells only to selected retail outlets that sell directly to consumers and transfer of product is prohibited. All new account openings must be approved by Tail. CLAIMS FOR DAMAGES AND SHORT SHIPMENTS Shipments should be inspected immediately upon receipt. Any order fulfillment discrepancies must be reported to Tail s customer service department at within seven (7) days of delivery. RETURN POLICY Merchandise may not be returned for credit or exchange without specific authorization unless otherwise provided for in a specific program for which the customer qualifies. Requests for a return authorization number (RA#) may be made by writing, ing, or calling our customer service department at or cs@tailactivewear.com. Returns should be received at Tail warehouse within 30 days of receiving an RA number. There will be no restocking fee if the shop returns the merchandise in its original condition, packages the merchandise properly, and includes a list of enclosed items by style, color, and size.
