2 Ⅰ. Introduction It is common circumferences to be the high temperature and high humidity in the spraying pesticide field. It could be in health danger because the farmers avoid PPE like as an acute agrichemical poisoning. So it is needed comfortable and environmentally friendly pesticide proof. The purpose of this study was to evaluate thermal comfort of pesticide proof clothing made of poly lactic acid(pla) Ⅱ. Research Methods 1. Conditions of Environment The mean climates during the field test were 32.5 and 89.5%RH. Experiment was doing in July, It was done during 30minutes without rest time. Two men in twenty randomly wore one developed clothing(pla) and on current clothing(non-woven) during the spraying pesticide in the plastic house. 2. Measurement Items (1) Human comfort test(physiological responses) Two male in twenty randomly wore one developed clothing and on current clothing during spraying pesticide in the plastic house. Heart rates(hr), rectal temperature(tre), microclimate inside clothing(tcl, Hcl) and personal subjective sensations were measured for 60 minutes. But after 10 min, their sensors for rectal temperature fell out from uncomfortable position. (2) Pesticide exposure test(patch test) - head, chest, back, right upperarm, right forearm, left thigh, left calf 3. Designing of the Experimental Clothing Figure 1 shows schematic illustration of developed pesticide proof clothing. PPC designed two-piece style was made of poly lactic acid(pla). Upper wear was made of nano-coated fabric. Lower was made of water-proof coated fabrics.
3 4. Conditions of Test Figure 2 shows that wearing PLA and Non-woven pesticide proof clothing the subject was spraying pesticide in vinyl greenhouse. Fig. 1 Schematic drawing of PLA pesticide proof clothing Table 1. 4 Ⅲ. Results 1. Human Comfort Test Table 2 shows mean value of physiological responses and significance of each measurement. Fig. 3 showed the results of heart rate in the filed test for 30 min in the statistics. Data of the developed clothing(pla) was lower than the current clothing. Micro-temperature inside clothing was low in developed clothing(pla) until 30 minutes work and then it was changed to higher than new developed clothing. Also, micro-humidity inside clothing of developed clothing(pla) was lower than current clothing(pet).

6 Ⅳ. Conclusion 1. Human Comfort Test Change of clothing microclimate was inhibited more effectively in pesticide proof clothing made of PLA. Level of heart rate was lower in PLA than PET significantly. Subjective comfort sensation was more excellent in PLA than PET except thermal sensation. 2. Pesticide exposure test In seven parts of attached TLC paper in pesticide proof clothes, pesticide was not detected in PLA pesticide proof clothes. But in PET clothing, pesticide was detected in part of thigh and calf. This study was established the pesticide in pesticide-proof clothes after the work of spray with pesticide to investigate the influence of washing. Thus, it was concluded that pesticide proof clothing made of PLA could reduce thermal stress and safe during the spraying of pesticides in summer and environmentally friendly due to the 100% biodegradable.
