We honestly strive to supply quality PPE, workwear and safety equipment regardless of quantity and budget. However, should any of the products (with the exception of PVC rainwear) you receive from us not perform as intended or are clearly evident of manufacturing defect, let us know and we will endeavor to ascertain the cause of the issue as well as offer relevant replacements. When it comes to returns, we are an honest and reasonable company and naturally expect honesty and reason in return. More than anything else, if you're not happy with your purchase, we'll do everything we can to rectify your dissatisfaction to ensure you are left with nothing but satisfaction. Footwear Please note that we offer a 3 month guarantee on all our safety footwear for factory faults limited to: Perishing of sole or detachment from the leather upper. Undue detachment of eyelets. Detachment of upper padding and/or stitching. Detachment of tongue from stitching. Detachment of leather from the steel-toe-cap nose. Likewise, if your boots/shoes are abused, incorrectly sized, used in any environment other than the respective shoe/boot is designed for, or exposed to water or consistently wet environments, there is every chance that your boot/shoe will not McWhit as long as intended.
