3 The Inspiration for a New Collection

5 In the world of women s watchmaking, OMEGA is one name that truly stands out. The brand has been dedicated to its female customers for more than a century, always producing exquisite beauty with innovation to match. Recently, OMEGA has been proud to celebrate that history and share it through a global tour of Her Time exhibitions and events. But while paying tribute to its heritage, the brand has also been imagining new designs for the women of today. Now, the next ladies collection is launched. The De Ville Trésor follows OMEGA s tradition of crafting unique women s style, but with a new generation of female wearers in mind. Most notably, this is a collection that exudes confidence. The beautifully slim case and hands recall a classic touch, but reimagined elements such as the slender Roman Numerals, curved diamond paving and straps deliver a very contemporary feeling. As OMEGA has always known, a woman s true beauty is reflected by her character, her strength, her intelligence and her style. It is an individual essence that makes her unique and is a treasure that should be celebrated. In this spirit, OMEGA is proud to introduce the Trésor Collection. Just like the women who inspired its creation, each model shines with its own personality, distinguished by a diverse range of materials and colours.

6 The Legacy of a Name

7 OMEGA s first use of the Trésor name appeared in At that time, it referred to the treasure found inside the watch the legendary 30 mm calibre. The movement itself became synonymous with precision, as well as simple, logical design. It also enabled OMEGA to give the original Trésor a beautifully thin, golden case. Fast-forward to 2014, and the De Ville Trésor made a welcome return. The new Co-Axial movement was again highly-advanced for its time and the thin case, with a height of just 10.6 mm, gave it the traditional elegance of the original. With a bridge now established between the old and new, OMEGA has become passionate about retaining the Trésor name, and giving it new life and meaning once again. The newest collection houses the treasure of a highly-precise quartz movement, which offers an even thinner case at just 9.75 mm in height for the 39 mm models, and just 8.85 mm in height for the 36 mm models. But more than this, the collection possesses the essence of OMEGA s ladies watchmaking, which is to honour a remarkable history while also producing the highest quality and most alluring watches for the women of today.

8 The New Watches

11 The new Trésor collection offers a classic design with a truly modern edge. Each model is distinguished by its thin case, available in either 39 mm or 36 mm sizes. In all models, diamond paving curves along each side of the case and a single diamond is set within the crown. For an added touch, OMEGA has added a flower on each crown, created out of five OMEGA logos in red, liquid ceramic. The timepieces are also noticeable for their transferred or embossed Roman numerals, which elegantly circle the dial. On each Trésor model, OMEGA has included a special mirrored caseback with a Her Time design. While providing a useful accessory at hand, the inclusion is more about the idea of reflection, giving women a reminder of who they are and the natural charisma they possess. Behind this caseback sits the OMEGA calibre A total of 9 different models are available within the collection. This includes cases made in stainless steel or 18K Sedna gold, while the straps come in fabric or leather. A diverse range of dial colours are also available - including black, taupe-brown, white, blue, opaline silver or mother-of-pearl.

20 Settings The Diamonds

21 Creating the beautiful diamond paving on the Trésor takes a steady hand and a keen eye. First a row of high-quality diamonds are size-selected to fit the corresponding indentations in the specially-designed case.

22 The stones are then delicately positioned using a small setter s tool. The next task is to fix the stones in place. This is achieved by folding over the four tiny-but-tough clasps surrounding each diamond.

23 After an expert polish - and a thorough check - the Trésor is all set to shine.

27 Without doubt, Kaia Gerber is one of the fastest rising names in fashion. As the daughter of Cindy Crawford, she is no stranger to the modelling world, but has already shown a unique talent and personality that has helped secure multiple contracts and runway appearances with top fashion designers. Just like her mother, Kaia has also aligned herself with OMEGA. She was officially welcomed into the brand at the Her Time event during Paris Fashion Week in September 2017 and was the obvious choice to become the face for the new De Ville Trésor ladies collection. I love OMEGA, just because I grew up with it and I feel like I ve always been surrounded by everyone there. We ve been a family from since I can remember. To bring the young model and the watch together, OMEGA headed to Malibu Beach in California for an exclusive photoshoot with Peter Lindbergh. The legendary photographer has worked with Cindy many times and proved to be the perfect choice behind the camera yet again. As well as capturing Kaia in a stunning series of black and white images, Lindbergh also photographed an exclusive family portrait with Cindy and her husband Rande Gerber, as well their two children Kaia and Presley. This picture was displayed to guests at the Her Time event in Paris and beautifully showed the importance of family as well as a clear, generational love for OMEGA. I m really drawn to classic style and for me the Trésor has that vintage look, but with a cool, very modern twist. It s a beautiful watch to look at and I love wearing it Kaia Gerber
