3 COMPANY PROFILE Established in 2016, as a partnership firm, OTIF has grown by leaps and bounds. OTIF Deals in Import and Export of Fabric (Shirting & Suiting) as well as Manufacturing and Export of Men's shirts. For Menes Shirts OTIF inherits a capacity of SMGI sophisticated and, modern manufacturing plant located in 5-Star Kagal MIDC, Kolhapur, India with an employee strength of 237 in SMGI focuses on manufacturing of premium quality formal and semi-formal shirts and fulfilling demands of local as well as overseas market. We have our own label viz Puro Heritage and mainly we do FOB shirts with customer labels,customised Luxury Made to Measure Shirts for Individual and Corporate uniform shirt order. Cont

4 We export our Fabric and shirts to South America, Europe, USA, Hongkong,Russia, Israel, Kuwait, and Singapore. We along with our Garmenting partner SMGI gives prime importance to quality hence we source our fabrics from some of the best fabric manufacturers in the world such as Tessitura Monti, F.M Hammerle, Soktas, Raymond's, S Kumar, Donear etc. We offer all kind of products like, 100% Cotton shirts (Giza, Fine Egyptian, Supima), Linen Shirts, Cotton Linen Shirts and Polyester Cotton shirts. All our fabrics are made from 100% yarn dyed compact yarns. In addition, majority of our fabrics are VAT dyed. We manly use Wendler and Freudenberg interlining and Gutermann thread.

5 In addition to this use CAD from Gerber We have 124 machines with a production capacity of 1200 shirts per day. We have 237 employees working under SMGI We serve s both Export and Domestic market and we have our own brand for domestic market called as Puro Heritage.
