3 About NW Bicester Most advanced of 4 Government designated Eco Towns in the UK. Planning permission on first phase was approved August 2011 July 2012 section 106 signed giving first phase of the development the green light. Built to PPS1 standards, the development will be truly zerocarbon. A2Dominion will be consulting with the people of Bicester on proposals for the wider NW Bicester site later this year.

6 Design and Zero Carbon Design & Energy All buildings will be built to true Zero Carbon Target to reduce the carbon used during a typical build process by 40% Zero waste removed from site during construction All homes designed to be future proof against climate change Energy and water Energy Centre with a District Heating System with gas CHP Solar panels with approx 34m 2 per house equivalent to 2 ½ football pitches Rain water harvesting to all houses
