6 STORE NAME: Store Participation in Fashion Show Total: $ HST Terms: A Blooming Affair will be held at Bingemans Ballroom on Wednesday, October 7, 2015 beginning at 7:30 pm. As operators of the fashion show, K-W Oktoberfest Inc. will feature the fashions of the Store shown above. The actual fashions to be shown and stage time to be allowed will be agreed upon between the Store and the Fashion Coordinator. The Store will be allowed to show up to 15 fashion outfits. The Store hereby agrees that it has proper public liability and damage insurance sufficient to cover any liability that may arise because of its involvement in the fashion show. In consideration of the foregoing, the Store agrees to pay K-W Oktoberfest Inc. an entrance fee of $500 +HST. Unless previously arranged with the Committee Chair or Fashion Coordinator, your contract with payment must be received by August 14, 2015 or you will no longer hold an eligible spot in the A Blooming Affair Fashion Show. Cheque to be made payable to K-W Oktoberfest Inc. Once both contract and cheque are received, invoice will be mailed out marked paid, and will confirm participation in the event. Store Participation in Fashion Show PLUS a booth in the Boulevard of Boutiques: Retail Value ($750 +HST ). Take advantage of this special offer and SAVE $50.00 Total: $ HST In addition to the terms listed above, by purchasing this special package you will also be able to have a 60 square foot booth space in the MOST Magazine Boulevard of Boutiques. Your company name in the Event program, Company name listed on the A Blooming Affair microsite at plus an opportunity to display/sell products directly to a target market of 1000 guests By being a part of the Boulevard of Boutiques you ll increase awareness of your company s products and services Additional Tickets are available for sale: Additional tickets may be purchased at $40 for general admission or $50 for VIP admission. VIP ticket holders receive access to premium seating, a complimentary beverage and a goodie bag. VIP tickets are limited and available on a first come, first serve basis. Corporate tables are also available for $400 for general admission or $500 for VIP admission. Your corporate table lists your business name and is included in our event program.
