The business is based in Melbourne, Victoria, with the head office in Port Melbourne and distribution centre located in Altona North and sales and retail offices in all major capital cities The business owns a portfolio of iconic Australian brands including Volley, Grosby, Julius Marlow and Elwood, and has exclusive licences for leading international brands including Superdry, Clarks, Hush Puppies and Mossimo The business sells through a combination of leading department stores and discount department store chains, as well as branded retail stores and company owned websites The business retail operations currently comprise c.116 stores and concessions across its footwear and apparel brands, including 10 online stores Group revenue is over $210m in 2016 with consistent profit growth achieved for the past 3 years The group has employees We bring brands to life.

8 CLARKS For many Australians, Clarks is synonymous with school shoes. Comfortable, durable, affordable leather shoes that saw you, or your kids, through years of wear and tear. But it s not just our school shoes that have stood the test of time we ve been making quality leather shoes for almost 190 years. Our shoemaking pedigree dates back to 1825, when brothers James and Cyrus Clark started producing sheepskin slippers for the men of Somerset, England. The craftsmanship and design that epitomised the Clark brothers shoemaking remains the focus for our shoes today. While we re proud to uphold traditions that began in the 1800s, we re pleased to say our style has kept pace with modern fashion. 9 HUSH PUPPIES In 1958, the world became a little more relaxed as Hush Puppies designed the first casual shoe. This new alternative soft, breathable and comfortable footwear invited the world to break the rules, kick back a little, and enjoy. From the start, we didn t just design our shoes to look good. We designed them to feel good. At the time, tired feet were known as barking dogs and these soft, lightweight comfortable shoes were the perfect solution to weary feet to hush the puppies.
