11 Personal Grooming No chest hair Neatly trimmed facial hair No offensive perfume or cologne No facial piercing Neat, clean hairstyle, no unnatural hair colors No visible, offensive tattoos Men Helpful Hint If more than your collar button is unbuttoned, you`re showing too much chest hair. If an employee/owner does not meet the attire or grooming standards, they may be required to go home, change into conforming attire and return to work. Hourly employees will not be compensated for any work time missed due to failure to comply with these standards. Salaried employees will be expected to make up any time lost. If an employee-owner s personal grooming, hygiene or offensive perfume/cologne is an issue, their supervisor will discuss the problem with the individual privately. Women Helpful Hint: A covered bustline and clean professional make-up, hair and nail styles allow for a good professional impression. 10
