To mark this occasion we have drawn inspiration for our current collection from our own traditions, our archive with its historical treasures, and the beauty of the Bavarian landscape. We are sharing our love of craftsmanship and culture with Bavaria and Munich in particular as well as our curiosity about the future and a constant drive towards innovation. 7 175 Years of Master Craftsmanship Back in 1839 the company s founder Jakob Roeckl placed great emphasis on high-quality craftsmanship. This is also true of today: Our gloves continue to be hand-sewn using traditional manufacturing methods and involve as many as twenty-four individual pieces and over 2,000 stitches. The designs for our scarves are also drawn by hand and printed using a complex procedure which allows for up to twenty colors, before their edges are rolled by hand. Our bags combine timeless design, optimum functionality, and perfect workmanship. And because we are so passionate about preserving these crafts that have become increasingly rare, we are training glove makers and bag makers within the company so that we can keep this knowledge alive for many years to come and guarantee the highest possible quality for the future. 175 years of craftsmanship

12 Our Anniversary Collection Piece by piece, made exclusively for you 175 times over To celebrate our anniversary we have created an exclusive collection made from the most exclusive materials and very special designs. Each item has been produced as a limited edition, with only 175 numbered products created. A small silver appliqué adorns every glove and every bag. The classic, elegant gloves made from exquisite, soft peccary, deerskin and hair sheep nappa leather in combination with a pure cashmere lining are naturally hand-finished pieces offering a perfect fit to decorate any hand. Historic decorative features, such as Biedermeier bows, as well as floral and graphic motifs from our extensive archive decorate the scarves and shawls. To complete the collection we have handbags made from precious glove peccary leather and elegant Italian calfskin, together with two Roeckl Bottle Bags featuring the anniversary print. 175 years of elegance and innovation

In 1871 his son Christian constructed a factory building: the so-called Roeckl Castle. Just two years later Roeckl became Supplier to the Royal Court of Bavaria, making items for Ludwig II and Empress Elisabeth of Austria among others. It begins with the choice of raw materials that must be subject to strict quality control. Peccary, deerskin and hair sheep leather, silk, cashmere, and wool are high-quality raw materials. These are only sourced from our partners with whom we share common values and many years of collaboration. We are experts in using these materials. The accessories made from these materials have been thoughtfully designed and are made with care and attention. Traditional manufacturing methods are still employed in the Roeckl manufactories. 175 years of highest quality
