1 Friday Features sold in one day during 2017 HERMÈS Pani la Shar Pawnee Cashmere/Silk Shawl Retailed for $1,100, sold in one day for $ /28/17 Oh, la, la this shawl is divine! Designed by the only American to work making prints for Hermès, Kermit Oliver s pieces are highly sought after, and the details within the print prove why. Oliver, a humble man with a great talent, still works his day job as a post man in Waco Texas, making his story so intriguing. This design was Oliver s first commission print for Hermes and features a rich cranberry red as the background on this extra large cashmere and silk blend piece in a Native American motif. The chief of the Pawnee tribe of Oklahoma is the centerpiece with two rows of the Pawnee nation on horseback surrounding their chief. Within the background are sketched hieroglyph-esque drawings of similar warriors on horseback. The imagery is striking and a beautiful representation of a culture.

2 HERMÈS Charcoal Double Layer Cashmere Coat Size 10 Sold in one day for $ /28/17 When clouds arrive, they apparently arrive in pairs. We also have this lovely shorter length, slightly thicker weight version of the previous coat in a charcoal grey. Each layer in this version is the same color, but can be worn separately but not alternately. Top layer also has the slit pockets that lead to the under layer s deep hip pockets. Finished with a belt and an H stitched button that holds both layers together at back of neck.

5 HERMÈS Navy, Red-Orange, and Marigold Hemisphaerium Coeli Boreale Silk Scarf Sold in one day for $ /21.17 First designed in 1938 as one of original prints by Hugo Grygkar, redone by Loic Dubigeon in 1999 and 2009 for Hermès, this stunningly colorful piece has astral intrigue. The central map was taken from an original 18th-century chart of the stars visible from the Northern Hemisphere, by the eminent astronomer Johann Gabriel Doppelmayr. The four corners are designed with mythical and zodiacal creatures. This collectible silk scarf measures a 35 square.

6 HERMÈS Powder Blue and Beige Alfred Dedreux Peintre du Cheval Silk Scarf Sold in one day for $ /21/17 Designed by Zoé Pauwels in 1993 for acclaimed painter of horses, Pierre-Alfred Dedreux. In the mid-1800 s, Alfred Dedreux was known for his portraits and, in particular, his paintings of scenes with horses. As Hermès has always been a brand inspired by equestrian motifs, this original scarf design is not surprising. The etheric blue speckled print is Monet/mosaic-like with its visual abstractness in its mottled color up close, revealing its artistic print from a distance.

Each collection he creates is inspired by ancient cultures, with this Dionysus collection celebrating the Greek God that famously rode a tiger gifted to him by Zeus. This shoulder bag is from the current 2017 collection and showcases Michele s aesthetic perfectly. A mix of the classic Guccisima print in a modern accordion envelope shape, with edgy finishing details of a double tiger head metal U- hook on front clasp and brushed silver sliding chain strap.
