3 W ith the recent blast of Artic weather this winter, who isn t ready for the return of warmer weather, sunshine, and of course the chance to shop the latest fashion and décor at the Memphis SPRING MARKET? Ladies it s time! SPRING MARKET, the LARGEST Spring boutique-shopping event in the South, returns once again for the 12th year to the Agricenter in Memphis, TN, for three of the BIGGEST shopping days of the year. We just keep getting bigger and better because this year SPRING MARKET has hand-picked and selected over 175 of the best merchants from all over the country to showcase their latest, their hottest, their trendiest fashions, accessories, décor and so much more. Many of the SPRING MARKET Merchants have just returned from their buying trips to markets such as Atlanta, New York, Las Vegas and Dallas, where they have brought back the newest trends and styles. And lets not forget all the original merchants we have, whom many have hand-made original jewelry and art. Be the first to shop the SPRING MARKET merchants before many of these items are available in retail stores. SPRING MARKET is a shopping event that many of our shoppers anticipate each year, and make plans to attend well in advance. It s the perfect girls outing with friends or Mom. Friday morning arrive early and save 10% on many of your purchases during Market Madness, from 9 a.m. to noon. After 12 p.m. regular merchant pricing applies, and you can continue shopping well into the evening till 9 p.m. After you ve shopped all day Friday, it s a night out with the girls with CupCakes & Cocktails. The excitement begins Friday 5 p.m. and lasts until 9 p.m., where you can visit the Wine Bar for complimentary wine (in your souvenir SPRING MARKET wine glass), and enjoy a delicious cupcake. But there s no need to hang out at the bar and miss out on shopping! SPRING MARKET has their famous Market Men walking around the show floor filling those empty glasses. There s also a silent auction of donated items from the merchants 5 p.m. to 7 p.m., with all the proceeds going to the National Kidney Foundation of West Tennessee. The first 100 shoppers for girls night at 5 p.m. will receive a SPRING MARKET tote! New this year at SPRING MARKET is Muffins & Mimosas, Saturday morning 9 a.m. to noon. Get there early, because once again we will have 100 of our super cool SPRING MARKET totes to give away, and everyone that attends Muffins & Mimosas will receive a souvenir cup to fill with a refreshing Mimosa and a tasty muffin to fuel up for a day of shopping! Don t forget, SPRING MARKET is about making memories, and we want you to remember all the fun you ve had this weekend. Hop into our photo booth and have your photos taken. Photos made on the spot and ready to take home. This is all complimentary! Plenty of fun crazy props as well. Don t worry about leaving for lunch! If you don t catch it Friday morning, you ll have another opportunity to save 10% on purchases Sunday, April 8th from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. Friday 5 p.m. - 9 p.m. Join your friends for a fun-filled night of shopping with more than 175 boutique style shops from all across the country. Have a fabulous time shopping with friends while enjoying complimentary cocktails served by our ever so popular MARKET MEN. We will be giving away FREE souvenir wine GLASSES to the shoppers for the evening, and a delicious cupcake. This year we have more than 200 silent auction gift items that have been donated by the show s merchants. Bidding runs Friday 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. and again Saturday 1 p.m. to 3 p.m., with ALL auction proceeds benefiting the National Kidney Foundation of West Tennessee. This is a fantastic and fun opportunity to place a bid on many unique gift items, all while supporting a very good cause. The Market Men return to Spring Market Mimosas & Muffins Saturday 9 a.m noon. Spring Market provides all your spring shopping in a friendly, stress-free atmosphere! We have scoured the South in order to find some of the most unique merchants and products out there. The type of fashion, home decor, or gifts that you can t find at the mall! You will take home some fantastic finds from Spring Market! Tips Wear comfortable clothing and shoes With more than 175 shops, you will be doing lots of walking. You can make it a day of shopping or make it an entire weekend. Bring plenty of cash and credit cards There are ATM machines at every entrance for cash, and many of the merchants are equipped to take credit cards. Credit card users If you are using credit cards, you may want to notify your bank that you will be using your card at multiple places. The Merchants at Spring Market are from all over the South. Drive a big car You never know what you may find at Spring Market! Be prepared! You don t want to miss out on a great find just because you didn t have enough room in the car.
