3 About Epic Puerto Rico Epic Puerto Rico, hosted by Sarah Lyons of PictureGroove Photography and Amanda Freick of AmandaLouise Swimwear, will be an all-inclusive photo shoot experience featuring talent from all over the United States. Leveraging the gorgeous landscape, photo shoots will be booked Oct 26-29, 2017 featuring the AmandaLouise Resort & Beach Collections. Epic Puerto Rico will also be the location for the PictureGroove 2018 Calendar Shoot. 2

4 Why get Involved? The opportunity to have your product shot with gorgeous models, in a tropical paradise, does not arise often. This project is aimed at helping companies access amazing photography for their brands within a modest price range. Amanda and Sarah are 100% committed to models and sponsors alike to make sure everyone has the best experience possible. Leveraging the followings of those involved, products will have the potential of reaching hundreds of thousands of potential customers through social media and outreach. Ready to get involved? Let's take a look at what the costs of this shoot would be if you were to organize it specifically for your company: - Photographer (Time, Travel & Edits) : >$10,000 - Models (Time & Travel): >$1500 per - Wardrobe: $ Location (Resort and Beach Locations): >$1500 daily - Company Travel: >$2500 >$20,000 TOTAL INVESTMENT ON YOUR OWN $499 Tier 1 Sponsorship Package! As you can see, just these estimated costs are quite the investment. The next page will show our sponsorship packages, which allow you to get involved for as little as $499! 4

6 Become a Sponsor Our sponsorship model is in three tiers. Our goal is to help our sponsors gain strategic exposure and provide extremely high quality marketing collateral. If your company would like to discuss a package outside of the tiers below, please Sarah Lyons (contact info at the end of this proposal) to discuss. Tier 1 - $499 Sponsor may provide collateral or product to be placed in all model welcome bags. Logo will be featured on AmandaLouise website, PictureGroove website, Epic Puerto Rico marketing materials, and in the 2018 PictureGroove Calendar 5

7 Become a Sponsor Tier 2 - $999 Tier 1 benefits plus sponsor may provide product to be featured in shoots. Sponsor then recieves choice of 5 edited photos with full copyright. Tier 3 - $1999 Tier 1 benefits plus sponsor may provide product to be featred in shoots. Sponsor then receives choice of 11 edited photos with full copyright. 6

8 Social Media Launched on April 17th, Epic Puerto Rico is set to occur in the gorgeous Caribbean this fall. Through our combined social media outreach, bookings have already begun to get confirmed. Although our followings are not huge by today's standards, they are QUALITY followers who are loyal to our brands. Organic Following of over 12,000 on Facebook Over 26,000 followers on Instagram. 7

9 The Plan Photo shoots will take place at various locations around Puerto Rico. The W Resort & Spa - Vieques will. be the main location, utilizing the breathtaking property and nearby beaches. 10 The Team Sarah Lyons PictureGroove Photography Sarah Lyons is based in the Southwest, and has had a successful career as a photographer since Due to her focus and persistence, Sarah has made a reputable name for herself with PictureGroove Photography. She has landed multiple magazine covers, including FHM, Status Fitness, Planet Muscle, and more with the list growing. Over the years, her clients have become her friends, and look forward to annual or semi-annual shoots with her. At this point, Sarah is focused on shooting mainly in her home state of Arizona, where the weather is always ideal for shooting. She prides herself on all-inclusive shoots which include wardrobe styling, hair and makeup, and also coaching beforehand with PictureGroove bootcamp, which is a one on one "pre-shoot crash course" in how to make your shoot the best it can be. 9

11 The Team Sarah has also developed two new divisions of PictureGroove Photography. She is now offering consulting services for the models that shoot only with her, called PictureGroove Consulting. This process allows Sarah to go to bat for the model, and also help that model to develop their individual "brand" within themselves. Fit models and glamour is not all that Sarah shoots though. She is opening new horizons by shooting families, and high-end weddings. She is constantly seeking challenges in her work, and thrives on growing with her business. "Premier settings, locations, and treatment is what I enjoy giving my clients. I couldn't imagine doing it any other way" 10

12 The Team Amanda Freick AmandaLouise Swimwear Amanda Freick knew at a young age that her life was destined for entrepreneurship. From lemonade stands to a homemade purse business at 13 years old, she's always been hungry for the "hustle." Although she maintains a successful full time career as a professionally licensed Electrical Engineer, her passion is for her business, AmandaLouise Swimwear. After participating in a bikini competition, she realized that "hey, I could make that suit" and decided for her next show, her bikini would be her own. With sewing experience going back to making scrunchies with her grandmother, she was up for the challenge of creating a pattern that was perfect for the stage. From that first suit she has built a following that is growing exponentially, and has AmandaLouise Swimwear competition suits on stages all over the country. 11

13 The Team In the most recent months, AmandaLouise has grown so fast that they've brought on additional team members to help with the work load. Now with a Executive Assistant and design team in LA, AmandaLouise Swimwear is set to expand at an even faster rate. Epic Puerto Rico will feature the AmandaLouise beach and resort collections, which was featured in the June 2017 issue of Max Sports & Fitness Magazine. 12

14 The Team Amanda Borboa Hair & Makeup Amanda Borboa started doing makeup and hair in 2007 for dance productions. Since then, she has been seen working on photo shoot sets, film sets, weddings, and fitness competitions doing makeup, hair, and spray tanning. She now travels statewide, as well as internationally, working on events like IMTA (International Model & Talent Association) in New York and Los Angeles, Barbazon Passport To Discovery photo crew in Florida and Cayman Islands, and The Bikini Model Challenge in Costa Rica and Cancun, Mexico. She also freelances at Mac cosmetics, and has been partnering with PictureGroove for many years to create epic images. 13

15 The Team Rabecca Lee Model Coaching Rabecca Lee is an internationally published model who has been featured in various media outlets such as Maxim, Fit and Firm Magazine, C'est Moi Fashion Magazine, and Status Magazine. She is also a professional athlete with the WBFF (World Beauty Fitness & Fashion Inc). Rabecca is joining the Epic Destination Shoot team as our Model Coordinator and Coach. Her expert services will be available to ensure that our models bring their very best in front of the camera. 13
