This includes, but not to: shirts, pants, aprons, caps, name tags, pencils, pens, plaques, embroidery, silk-screening, signage systems, and customized packaging. CNP-STC members are responsible for the selection of vendor(s) goods and/or services that best meet their individual and overall requirements, and provides best-value based on their need. On November 20, 2014 the Region One Education Service Center Board of Directors met to review and approve the recommendation of the Child Nutrition Program-South Texas Cooperative (CNP-STC), acting on behalf of its members, for Food Service Uniforms & Marketing Items Proposal , January 1, 2015 December 31, 2016 with two (2) one-year extension options. On behalf of the CNP-STC membership, the current awarded vendors were offered the opportunity to extend their proposal for an additional one (1) year period; the term of this extension is effective January 1, 2017 through December 31, 2017, with the option to extend the contract one (1) additional one-year period if all parties are in agreement. Six (6) vendors agreed to the extension option, except one (1) company: Solice Technologies Powered by Echo Eight, Inc. - Brownsville, TX, they did not submit the required extension agreement and vendor certifications/affidavits, despite multiple attempts to contact them.
