2 Family of Crawford Logos Individual logo treatments are used to delineate our various business units. All of these logos are different, yet consistent in that the Crawford globe always appears on top of the design. Please note that in certain instances, a trademark symbol needs to be included on a business unit. 3 Consistency: Current and New Logos Employing a cohesive and uniform treatment of our brand is vital to presenting a unified message to the world. When utilized correctly and with consistency, well-executed branding is powerful. To ensure we are communicating a cohesive and accurate message about who we are and what our business stands for, please review the standardized list that follows. 4 Vertical Family Logo Lockup When challenged with displaying our entire family together vertically, it is mandatory to stack our individual business units under the primary Crawford logo. 6 Basic Logo Guidelines Our logo is the most recognizable icon of our brand. In no way, shape or form should you ever alter our logo, including the placement and size relationship of its logo type or logo mark. For the purposes of this manual, we will refer to the word Crawford as the logo type and the Globe as the logo mark. Logo type (Crawford) + Logo mark (Globe) + Registration mark ( ) = Logo (Crawford Logo) By deviating from these guidelines, you risk weakening our brand s integrity and identity. Refer to and use only authorized artwork provided by the Global Marketing Department. Trademark specifications are detailed in later chapters of this manual, specifically the appropriate use of the SM, TM and for each region. Clear Space Always maintain clear space around the Crawford logo to protect the logo from distracting graphics or typography. Measure clear space surrounding the logo by the height of the o in Crawford for vertical space, and the width of the o for horizontal. Never allow typography or other elements to invade the logo type or logo mark. Minimum Size The Crawford logo becomes difficult to reproduce when it becomes smaller due to the thin longitude lines in the globe. Reducing it too much can damage the logo s integrity and effectiveness. 1 Wide Be sure to never reproduce the logo smaller than 1 wide, measured from the C to the d.

7 Crawford Primary Logo Specifications When it comes to our logo, consistency is paramount. That means using the proper design, as well as the correct color palette all the time. Please review the following important style direction: Logo on Light Background When our primary Crawford logo appears on a white or light background, use our primary, authorized Crawford blue PANTONE 287 C. For B/W only options, the Crawford logo may be used in black. PANTONE 287 C CMYK: C100 M87 Y20 K11 RGB: R0 G47 B135 HEX:#002F87 Logo Lockup: Crawford and Broadspire When our logo appears with the Broadspire logo on items that should portray a unified family of business units, it is acceptable to use the logos in an all gray state. They should be used on white or light backgrounds ONLY, since if the background is dark, it is advisable to use the reverse white logos. The gray should be 80% black. Logo Families When the Crawford primary logo is used with MULTIPLE business units, the Vertical or Horizontal Family Logo Lockup should be employed. 8 Crawford Business Units Logo Specifications Our Crawford Business Unit logos will follow the same basic rules as the primary Crawford logo. Just to avoid confusion, this page has been provided to show the use of these logos for the individual business units. Some of these units will be allowed to use their current logos (i.e. GTS) in conjunction with the new Crawford logo lockups. Please review the following important style direction: Logo on Light Background When our Crawford business unit logos appear on a white or light background, use our primary, authorized Crawford blue PANTONE 287 C for the word Crawford and 80% black (gray) for the underline and the text below the line. For B/W only options, the Crawford logo may be used in black. 9 Broadspire Logo Specifications Consistency is key. The Broadspire logo should follow the same guidelines as the Crawford primary logo. Logo on Light Background When our Broadspire logo appears on a white or light background, use our primary, authorized Broadspire green PANTONE 356 C for the word Broadspire and 80% black (gray) for the underline and the text below the line. For B/W only options, the Broadspire logo may be used in black. PANTONE 356 C CMYK: C96 M26 Y100 K15 RGB: R0 G121 B53 HEX: # Logo Lockup: Broadspire and Crawford When the Broadspire logo appears with other Crawford logos on items that should portray a unified family of business units, it is acceptable to use the logos in an all gray state. This should be used on white or light backgrounds ONLY. If the background is dark, it is advisable to use the reverse white logos. The gray should be 80% black. Logo Reversed Out When our logo appears on a dark background, it is acceptable to use the logo reversed out in white.

10 Discontinued Logos and Treatments It s time to welcome our new logos...and say goodbye to the old logos shown below. Please do not use these logos in or on any new consumer or non-consumer facing materials. Discontinue using the logo/tagline treatments below Discontinue using any other logo treatments not approved or shown here By eliminating the use of non-approved logo treatments, we simplify our current identity system, which allows for an easier transition into our new brand. Remember, this is a slow rollout, so follow these guidelines when creating NEW materials.

11 Incorrect Logo Usages Because our logo and all coinciding lockups are the primary visual representation of our brand, they should be treated with great respect. Changing any part of the logo(s) will jeopardize consistency and weaken its impact.
