SEMINAR I M GETTING TRAINED IN PARIS High-level education: At the Paris headquarters, in the House of Nations, top trainers from all over the world pass on their knowledge to course participants, who have the opportunity to learn from the best. The courses of the innovative training concept entitled I m getting trained in Paris are offered in French, English, German, Spanish, Portuguese and Japanese.

11 new These seminars are one of the absolute highlights of Intercoiffure Mondial. We will enlarge this program with doubling the training dates and presenting following new educations. I m getting trained in Paris! 1. YOUNG ENTREPRENEURS Here we are looking for the group after being at Fondation Guillaume (staff members) and starting their own business. I m getting trained in Paris should be their platform to become top salons worldwide. 2. BARBERS These specialists need a home for their interests and education. It opens a new field for ICD members. 3. ICD COLOUR STAR Intercoiffure Mondial will start to create a wordwide group that gets educated and awarded with the new ICD COLOUR STAR. The trademark is worldwide protected and in partnership with our manufacturers we will modernize ICD Mondial and enlarge the membership. 4. INTERCOIFFURE WORLD ACADEMY ON TOUR The most successful I m getting trained in Paris Education Concept, including the 3 new chapters YOUNG ENTREPRENEURS, BARBERS and ICD COLOUR STAR will be enlarged to different regions of the world.

12 T O G E T H E R W E A R E S T R O N G ACTIVATION OF ICD SECTIONS AROUND THE WORLD The ICD Sections in the countries must share with Mondial the knowledge that the new target groups shall also allow to recruit new members. The main objective is to strengthen the Regions and to attract new generations. Every additional target group reflects the needs of today s hairdressing market around the world. The Board will get involved in particular with the Presidents and the Boards. EXTENSION OF THE PR INFORMATION WITH THE NEW CATEGORIES: YOUNG ENTREPRENEURS, BARBERS, ICD COLOUR STAR The ICD Mondial media activities will be reworked and the contacts worldwide, particularly in the new media (600,000 clicks per year), will be oriented specifically to the new target groups mentioned above. Reports about the thousands of activities worldwide (see Facebook) will increase in the future in order to communicate about the ICD Mondial activities. Emphasis must always be placed on arousing interest and enlarging the membership base.

13 COLLABORATION WITH OUR MANUFACTURERS AND PARTNERS As the interests of our partners from the industry coincide with ICD Mondial s goals - modernisation, recruiting the new generation of entrepreneurs and attracting specific target groups like barbers for ex. as members and clients - the cooperation shall be stronger to reflect Mondial s uniqueness in the publication. Our partners will also be offered the exclusivity as sponsors of new start-ups and specific partnerships. Together we are strong.

14 C O N C L U S I O N S Intercoiffure Mondial will modernize the services for old and new members. We are looking to gain new members like the young entrepreneurs and the specialists like barbers and the absolutely highlight, the ICD COLOUR STAR. All partner- and sponsoring money goes 100% direct to the activities: 1. 1/3 to activities 2. 1/3 to marketing and PR about the activities 3. 1/3 to the handling costs for 1. and 2. The administration costs of the organisation will be covered by ICD Mondial membership fees etc.
