We will occasionally run into request(s) that have not been manufactured by us previously. For requests that fall under this category we will need to process the initial pair under our R&D program. Please refer to the Custom Boot Options page for charges. SALES ORDER RECEIPT Wesco will acknowledge your order with a Sales Order Receipt by , fax or standard mail. As this document is a snap shot of your order it is important for you to take a few moments upon receiving the Sales Order Receipt to insure the accuracy of the order. IF THE SALES ORDER RECEIPT VARIES FROM HOW YOU PLACED THE ORDER, PLEASE CONTACT THE ORDER DEPARTMENT IMMEDIATELY. There is no charge for these corrections. Failure to do so may lead to an incorrect boot being received. CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS If you realize an error was made when you placed the order, your order can be changed or cancelled prior to entering production please contact us to see if the change/cancellation can be made. A $30.00 fee per pair for non-stock items will apply. Orders for stock items can be changed/cancelled up to the order being processed through our shipping department. Changes/Cancellations cannot be made to Rush orders.

11 BOOT RETURNS Stock Boot styles may be returned, unworn and in their purchased condition, within 30 days of purchase. A $10.00 re-boxing fee will apply. Please contact the Order Department to arrange return of Stock Boot styles. Custom Boot styles are non-returnable, unless they are being returned under our Limited Warranty for evaluation. All boots must receive pre-authorization for return under our Limited Warranty please contact the Warranty Department to arrange a return. LIMITED WARRANTY This warranty is made to the original purchaser of each item of new boots from West Coast Shoe Company. West Coast Shoe Company warrants that boots sold are merchantable and free of defects in workmanship and materials at the time of shipment from the company's factory. West Coast Shoe Company will repair, or at its option, replace, any boots which under normal use fail to conform to this warranty. West Coast Shoe Company will repair or replace boot or boots without charge for materials or service, provided that the defective boot or boots are returned to the company's factory, postage paid, within 90 days from the date of delivery of the boots to the original purchaser. West Coast Shoe Company shall not be liable for any damages or loss beyond replacement, repair, or refund of the purchase price. West Coast Shoe Company s liability shall be limited exclusively to repairing or replacing the boots under the conditions as aforesaid, and in no event will the company be liable for consequential damages, including but not limited to economic losses or injuries sustained while wearing West Coast Shoe Company boots HOW TO RETURN A BOOT UNDER WARRANTY 1. warranty@wescoboots.com or call our warranty department at ext. 230 with any questions. 2. Box and return boots within the 90-day warranty period. 3. Enclose a completed copy of the Wesco Boot Return form. Please call ext. 230 if you need the form. 4.
