HOW TO SIZE A SHIRT Chest The best option is to measure an existing shirt that fits well. Lay it down on a flat surface and measure a seam to seam 2.5 3cm under the armpits. (See diagram). Length Measure from highest shoulder point to bottom of hem. Neck Measure around the base of the neck allow approx 1 cm between the neck and the tape measure. For formal shirts, again use a well-fitting shirt and measure from the centre of the collar button around to the far end of the button hole. Sleeve Put the arm to the side, relax and bend the elbow slightly. Measure from the tip of the shoulder to the wrist. Just remember... Make the knot sit tight against the collar, there shouldn t be a gap. The widest part of the tie sits level with the waistband. DIGITAL SUBLIMATION Sublimation is an amazing printing process used on a variety of surfaces. Heat is used to vaporise the solid dye material, which then solidifies. As this type of print allows extremely fine control of the primary colour ratios it is possible to obtain a high quality picture, image or text onto synthetic fabrics. The sublimation technique results in an entirely smooth surface - the dyes actually become part of the material on which they are being applied
