The Italian brothers Matteo and Massimo Sinigaglia founded the company in 1999 on the basis of their great experience in the footwear business. Substantial investments, remarkable progress in Product Styling & Design, backed up by Research & Development, have powered our company s constant growth since then. 6 THE HONG KONG HEADQUARTERS Hong Kong has been the base of the Company since its establishment and has allowed us to create a worldwide network of customers and suppliers thanks to its dynamic nature, never-ending infrastructures investment and economical freedom. Our headquarters are in the new business and industrial area of Kowloon Bay that houses our administrative, sales and logistics operations as well as large, modern showrooms. These are continuously renewed and showcase collections of the company s self-owned and licensed brands in separate sections for men, women and children

10 THE KEY TO SUCCESS LOGISTICS The entire logistics organisation and paperwork are dealt with directly by our Headquarters in Hong Kong where we are able to offer Delivery Duty Paid terms. Since our logistics centre is in Hong Kong and thanks to our long-lived, tried and tested organisational experience, we can deliver our finished products directly to our Customers warehouses anywhere in the world, always ensuring top-quality service and quick and punctual deliveries

11 PRODUCTION Thanks to qualified technical staff made up of skilled, in-house technicians, each production plant has at least one Quality Control that constantly monitors processes to ensure strict compliance to quality standards. Through constant presence and assistance, besides quality control, SUGI International Ltd assures that most of its suppliers industrial equipment is up to the highest standards, becoming a real guarantee of Product Quality for all our Customers

Our international team of designers and model makers have specific knowhow and work non-stop to develop products suitable for individual markets and to ensure the best innovation-design-quality-price mix

14 FASHION BOX HEADQUARTERS In 2001, Sugi international limited signed a licensing agreement with Fashion Box Spa under the brand Replay and Replay and Sons for the production and distribution of shoes. Soon, footwear became a great success and, in 2008, the licensing agreement developed into a joint venture between the licensor (Fashion Box Spa) and the licensee (Sugi Int. Ltd). Finally, in 2010, Equibox Holding spa, controlled by Matteo and Massimo Sinigaglia, became Fashion Box Spa s majority shareholder. Offering collections ranging from casual to dressy, urban to city, Replay footwear is today a top denim brand available in more than 40 countries from Europe to Asia and the Middle East through a selected network of 1200 footwear and clothing specialists

15 SUGI International branched out into the USA in 2014, acquiring the active sport brand C1rca committed to skateboarding a real cult brand for all young skateboard and street style fans. To stay true to the brand s culture the HQ are in San Diego, California where the design, marketing and sales offices are also located

16 MISSION Our main goal for the future is to strengthen our major markets in the E.M.E.A area by developing or acquiring new brands, becoming stronger in implementing our own collections by means of an accurate business expansion policy. By attentively pursuing these goals our company has already grown significantly and is now greatly expanding in the USA and in the South-east Asian and South American markets
