Astairewear headquarters (HQ) will keep track of the dresses purchased by each of the studio. If a studio owner owns multiple studios, they can request to combine the dresses purchased from their studios. Such request can be made by or phone call. Once you reach the qualification requirement, the HQ will issue the appropriate amount of cash back payment to your studio through normal billing/payment process

With our newest additions, you will be able to provide a wider range of competition dancewear for your students. The AstaireWear Collection is created by a team of designers who are ballroom dancers as well as experienced designers in ballroom dancewear. Knowing what a dancer needs glamour, comfort and unique style these experts will enable you to stand out among the crowds on the dance floor. They will assist you and your students to create highly stylized and personalized dancewear through their guidance from beginning to end, including styles, colors and fabrics all perfectly suited to your students needs. The AstaireWear Collection allows you to serve your students better which, in turn, enhances your business. Two ways to work with your students: Hands on: You have control of the entire process in making and pricing your students dress. Work with them to design the dance wear, and then place your order with AstaireWear headquarters (HQ). HQ bills through the normal billing cycle and ships the dancewear to your studio. Hands off: All you need to do is decide the percentage of mark up from the listed HQ price (we suggest you add 5-10% commission for the student s teacher). Then, instruct your students to work directly with HQ. AstaireWear HQ will fully assist your students in the design process and quote them a price based upon the total, including the mark up, you specified. 7 Other Terms & Conditions Shipping and Handling Shipping & handling charges are extra and will be added when you place your order. Duty and Taxes All applicable taxes, duties, and customs & brokerage fees must be borne by the purchaser. Warranty All of our garments are carefully inspected for quality and defects. However, if there are any manufacturing defects, the garment will be replaced. For your own protection, please insure all returned goods. PLEASE NOTE: Colors sometimes vary from photos and electronic images, something which we cannot control. Liability We shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if you has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Delivery Schedules For in stock dancewear, standard delivery time is 5-7 business days. Other delivery options are available as well. For out of stock, tailor and custom dancewear, please allow at least six to eight weeks for manufacture and delivery. We will inform you of the status upon receipt of your order. Personal Tailor Service In circumstances where you need to tailor the dancewear to your needs, please do so using your judgment and at your own cost. However, if AstaireWear Collections approves the tailor service, AstaireWear Collections will reimburse the tailor service upon receipt of the invoice up to a maximum of $50.00 per item. Return Policy All returns must be authorized by AstaireWear Collections prior to shipping. Notification must be made within 14 days of receipt of merchandise. Contact us for a Return Authorization Number before returning any goods. Items must be new & unused and must bear the original tags intact. Purchaser is responsible for all shipping costs on returns.
