8 Parent Guide Morning Registration Core hours registration is at 9am Extended hours registration is from 8am Check collectors details Afternoon Registration Core hours registration is at 4pm Extended hours registration is until 6pm If someone else is collected please make sure you have added them as a collector on your account Our site is only registered between 8am and 6pm therefore all children must be collected by 6pm. Where possible please avoid dropping off or collecting your children within the 9am and 4pm core hours period as children and staff will be taking part in activity sessions. If you do need to drop off or collect within these hours please let us know in advance. What to Bring Check your contact details are correct A refillable water bottle A healthy packed lunch and snacks for morning and afternoon Swimming kit and towel Sun cream and sun hats Some small change (50p - 1) for the tuck shop - Easter and Summer only Change of clothes and footwear Lost Property If your child misplaces anything please contact the camp and arrange to collect it while the camp is still open. Once camp has finished all of the lost property where possible will stay on site and it becomes very difficult for us to locate and return items. Please remember to name your child's belongings.
