3 FOTO VILLA VISCONTI WATCH DIVISION Visconti watch team Officine Galileo was established in Florence on 1866; a tradition of quality supplying optical system for Italian Royal Navy. Guido Panerai & Sons was established in Florence on 1925, it was committed to Italian Royal Navy, for the naval device and instruments production. The Visconti watch team inherited skill & experience in watch making (in Florence) which date back to since 1938: delivering cases and finished watches for various brand, one of which was Panerai. On 1997 the same Watch team worked for Anonimo company (Florence) which started up with the aim to use the Florentine know-how in watch making. When also Anonimo was taken over and moved to Switzerland it was the time for Visconti to collect the watch competences and skills: on 2013 the watch team were hired by Visconti. Watch-Making back in Florence For Visconti Made in Italy means to claim of being part of an artistic, stylistic and technical culture, different from the traditional one in watch production, respect to which Visconti want to distinguish itself. Visconti s Creativity: elegance and strength in Design, innovative graphical brand, introduction of style code belonging to a different tradition, extreme care in matching materials and colors, as an homage to Italian artistic culture, which can be either Classic (Humanism or Renaissance) or Modern as the literary or movie masterpieces of the last century. These have been the founding values to Design of extraordinary writing instruments. Today these values have been integrated into the skills brought by the Watch Team. Visconti Watch Team is offering again to the world watch market a unique Italian Style in Watch Making, even better than before, thanks to the contribution of Visconti blend of Italian Creativity and Luxury. Internal Design and Engineering Visconti is one of the few small watch independent company to have an internal Design and Engineering department. Visconti watches present a very distinguishing Italian design, further to have high technical contents and...an Italian Beauty. 5

4 FASHION TIMEPIECES This set of Visconti watch collection is more oriented to fashion, with a strong usage of colours in dials, straps, stitching, even cases, with a combinations of materials (even volcanic Lava), with special finishing techniques (i.e. craquelage on dials, iridiscent PVD, vintage stainless steel, special paintings), with special straps. All the above matches the strong technical know-how of Visconti ( there also 3000 mt divers) and the unique Italian Design of Visconti : this results in watches which have a clear mark of an Italian taste of Beauty, something which can be accomplished only by an Italian company, with an Italian production and Italian Design. 6 7

5 LAVA Visconti has produced a special compound containing over 50% of pure basaltic lava (from the Etna volcano, in south of Italy), catalysed together with resin in a formula, whose extraordinary characteristics transforms it into a material which perfectly fit to wrist watches and has many features that make it unique: unbreakable, flameproof, slightly hygroscopic, allowing to absorb hand sweat during use, dense at touch, allowing the best finger-relaxing grip or touch, Unquestionably new, as materials employed in watch cases. 7 ROMA 1960 s It was one of the most fertile periods in contemporary Italian cinema and saw the explosion of celebrity culture. The economic boom helped to encourage new fashions, fun and rejection of the rules. American films depicted and at the same time acted as a catalyst for this vast social mosaic. Famous stars from Hollywood moved the sets to Rome. Via Veneto filled up with stars, nobles, Eastern princes and billionaires. Fiat 500 and Vespa scooter were already symbols of those years as well as shapes and lines were smooth, curve, soft. 9 OPERA Visconti Designers have been taking inspiration by one of the many great assets of Italy: Music and Opera. In Italy, there have been and still there are so many Musicians, Composer, Tenors, in past times as well as in the present ones: Verdi, Puccini, Caruso, Pavarotti, Bocelli. So many theatres and passionate people for Opera. 11 GRAND CRUISE For over a century the big Liner ships have been connecting the world, featuring something more than the simple transport service: a special place of style and luxury, where Italian ships have been a reference to be imitated. The trip was a moment somehow suspended between two worlds, the one just left back and the new one to be disclosed with the arrival. The distance between the two worlds could be considered almost a holiday, a time to meet people, may be for love, to think to the future and to adventures. 19 PRO DIVE 3000 CAMO God is in the details : the quotation goes to the architect Ludwig Mies van der Rohe, meaning that the innovation and care of a project must be evident even at the lower levels of the work realized. The novelty of the structure and design of the Visconti Pro-Dive 3000 models deserves a deviation from the usual patterns in watch-making (a monobloc case, a rotating bezel fixed by means of screwed lugs attached to the case, the gear rack and the outer bezel rotation system and the Pro-Dive special patented bayonet fitted crown). The ProDive 3000 Camo wishes to underline technology and shapes not by contrasts of material and volume, but by means of de-tone in three colored variants, coordinated with the camouflage pattern of the dials. The ProDive 3000 Camo model is made in three color variants. Here the coloring of the case with a special military paint coating, coordinated with the camouflage pattern of the quadrangles, is to highlight the aggressively technological shape of the watch
