Please use product names as well as indicate color selections and item count. Clearly note all ship dates and if there are any cancellation dates. Orders will ship in approximately three (3) business days from receipt. Cancellations are only accepted in writing within two (2) days from receipt of purchase order. All unauthorized cancellations or non-acceptance of shipment will be subject to a 50% restocking fee. Any items not available at time of shipping will be back-ordered and automatically shipped when available. If you choose not to have your item on back-order, Jolie Montre must be notified within five (5) days after receiving your initial shipment and the invoice noting the back-order.
