1 Post Event Report Kuwait, Qatar, & Iran To promote the 11th Edition of Signature IIJS 2018 to be held from 9 th 12 th February, 2018 at BCEC, Mumbai, to promote and invite potential buyers/visitors for the show the Council has planned to conduct Door to Door meetings in Kuwait, Qatar, & Iran. Objective of Visit: To conduct door to door activity to promote Signature IIJS 2018, at Qatar, Kuwait & Iran. To promote Signature IIJS 2018 and pre- register the local Jewellers. To build a strong bilateral trade relationship between the trade association, Indian Embassy of all three countries with GJEPC (Gem and Jewellery Export Promotion Council). Interact with prospective traders and establish areas of cooperation. Facilitate participation of trade/associations in the forthcoming Signature IIJS 2018 to be organized by the Council from 2 nd December to 10 th December, Door to Door visit: Conducted by Mr. Vikrant Pradhan Asst. Director, GJEPC along with Gulf local coordinator Mr. Ramesh Vora & Iran local Coordinator Mr.Fazel. Meeting Schedules at Qatar during 3 rd & 4 th December, 2017: Door to Door visit with Mr.Ramesh Vora, Gulf local coordinator, we have almost visited retailers & convinced them to visit our forthcoming exhibition. Meeting Schedules at Kuwait during 5 th & 6 th December, 2017: 6th December, 2017: Meeting with Mr.Anup Singh (Attaché Commercial) Indian Embassy, Kuwait Disccusion Points: Meeting with Mr.Anup Singh (Attaché Commercial) Indian Embassy, Kuwait: We have introduced them about the GJEPC functional as well as about the Forthcoming exhibition which will be held in India.

We have also discussed with Mr.Anup Singh to help members which is coming to visit our forthcoming exhibitions & they do agreed for the same.
