An Alexander Lauder (Barnstaple) pottery vase of oviform with raised flaring neck and wavy rim and three asymetric handles applied with green, brown, blue and cream slips and sgraffito decorated on a textured ground with fish and weeds, 49.5 cm high, incised Lauder Barum, good restoration to rim A large William Baron (Barnstaple) bibelot modelled as a slender necked froglike beast with wide mouth, protruding eyes and ears under mottled green glazes, 46cm high, incised Baron, Barnstaple A William Baron (Barnstaple) double dolphin vase of typical form with three mythical dolphins supporting a smaller globular vase above a larger example applied with cream and brown slips under a green glaze and incised with stylised foliage, 32.5 cm high, incised Baron, Barnstaple and An Alexander Lauder (Barnstaple) pottery wall plaque naturalistically modelled as a frog on a bed of ferns under green, brown and white slips, 25 cm long, incised Lauder, Barum, circa , fine hair crack A pair of C.H. Brannam (Barnstaple) pottery wall pockets in the form of open mouthed fish applied with green, blue, brown and cream glazes, 19 cm long, incised C.H. Brannam (Barnstaple) pottery character jug of President Kruger modelled after an original cartoon by Carruthers Gould depicting the visage of the bearded and pipe smoking Boer and verso the head of a boar whose elongate tusks form the handle, 15 cm high, indistinct impressed mark and incised No.426, good restoration to handle A large Aller Vale pottery comical cat together with a similar smaller example both modelled in seated posture with open mouths and quizical expression, under green glazes with inset glass eyes, 34 and 22cm high respectively, the largest impressed Aller Vale Devon, the smallest well restored. (2) A pair of Watcombe pottery table centrepieces each modelled as a young girl and a young lad in sailor s garb and boater pulling an expansive net on canted rectangular bases and under coloured glazes, 17cm long, impressed Watcombe Torquay, circa 1895, good restoration to the latter An Aller Vale pottery dragon jug of footed oviform the handle and spout modelled as the tail and head of the beast on a ground of textured green slips, 26.5cm high, impressed Aller Vale A Wemyss pottery heartshaped inkwell pierced for two inkwells and four pens fitted with two ink pots and domed covers enamelled with pink cabbage roses within a green border, 18cm wide, impressed Wemyss with retailers mark for T. Goode & Co

9 A French art pottery vase of shouldered oviform with short raised neck applied with coloured slips and blue glazes with panels of curvilinear abstract designs on a white ground, 24cm high, inscribed France A Howson Pottery vase of thinly potted double gourd form the exterior under lustrous yellow, green and red variegated flambe glaze, 27 cm high, signed and indistinctly incised under the glaze E.R. Wilkes, circa A Moorcroft pottery vase of double gourd form tube lined in the Pomegranate pattern in red, green, purple and yellow reserved on a blue green ground, 23cm high, green signature, impressed Moorcroft, Burslem, England and 166, circa. 1916, small rim chip A Macintyre & Co., Florian Ware vase of slender waisted form with wavy rim tube lined in blue and green with Poppies on a cream ground, 30.5 cm high, printed brown mark, impressed 87 and green Moorcroft signature, , good chip restoration to rim A pair of Minton majolica rabbit and leaf sweetmeat trays each handle modelled as a small white rabbit at the edge of a cabbage leaf, 23 cm long each, embossed patent registration lozenge and impressed Minton, 1531 with date code for 1869, restoration to edge of one dish A pottery figure in the manner of Charles Vyse, but probably Joyce Bidder, modelled as a naked girl wearing a floral garland bound by a ribbon in her hair grasping a peacock feather behind her on a circular rustic base, painted in blue JSB and VW in a triangle on the reverse and underside and Dulwich, , Eng, 22 cm high

10 A Minton parian figure of the Angel at Annunciation possibly modelled after Thorvaldsen standing barefoot and classically draped with hands clasped, on circular base, 31.5 cm high, circa A German Art Deco pottery figure probably Hertwig & Co., modelled with a young lady stood in leaning posture before a pillar with open parasol, hat, fur stole and short dress revealing her under garments and stockings on circular gilt lined base, 24 cm high, impressed Germany A Joseph Sewell, St. Anthony s Pottery (Newcastle) yellow ground pottery part tea service comprising tea pot and cover, milk jug, slop bowl, three cups and three tea bowls, each piece bat printed in black after Adam Buck with mothers and children, three saucers impressed 7, circa , damages A pair of Ironstone jars and matched covers, most probably Mason s each oviform jar with raised, fluted and flaring neck with dragon handles, the domed fluted covers with acorn finials each mazarine blue body decorated with butterflies, moths, dragon flies and ladybirds, 50 cm high, circa , damages and repairs Three Royal Worcester porcelain candle snuffers The Mandarin and The Monk, datecodes for 1956 and 1930 respectively together with a later example of the Abbess. (3) Three Royal Worcester porcelain figures each emblematic of the month February (3453), March (3454) and May (3455) and modelled after the originals by Freda Doughty

A First Period Worcester porcelain two handled cup, saucer and cover decorated in polychrome enamels in a version of the Rich Queens pattern with alternating panels of flowers, fretted panels, mons and Kakiemon sprays, saucer 15 cm diameter, pseudo Chinese marks in concentric rings

A Continental porcelain snuff box of oval bombe form the sides and cover finely enamelled with an extensive vista containing exotic merchants, various stores and ships at anchor the base enamelled in puce and the interior gilded, with white metal mounts and hinge, star of David on cover and various marks verso, late 18th century, 6.5 cm wide A Meissen Marcolini porcelain figure group modelled as two ladies, one bound by a floral garland with a mischievous cupid in her under skirts with a second cupid kneeling before her seated companion offering a broken egg from a spilt basket of eggs, on an oval rustic base with fluted decoration, 25 cm high, under glaze blue crossed swords, star and two dots, good restoration to one cherub A set of four Meissen porcelain figures allegorical of the Seasons each modelled after the original by Johann Joachim Kandler as a scantily clad putto Spring with a basket of flowers, Summer with a scythe and a sheaf of corn, Autumn with a garland of fruiting vine and Winter with fur cape and ice skates, each standing on a circular base, blue crossed swords and incised A.64, A.67, A.69 and A.71 respectively, minor losses

Two Meissen cups and saucers and one coffee can and saucer the former enamelled with gilt edged landscape and figural panels the later with a rose centred bouquet each reserved on a yellow ground, the largest saucer 14.5 cm diameter, cancelled under glaze blue crossed swords. A group of four Meissen Marcolini cups and saucers together with a matched cup and saucer each enamelled with panels of flowers reserved on a yellow ground, saucers 13 cm diameter, under glaze blue crossed swords and star. (10) Two Meissen porcelain figure groups each emblematic of a season with one boisterous group of three naked putti arguing over sheaves of corn on a rustic gilt lined base, 14 cm high, blue crossed swords, incised A5 with press number 76, the companion piece with similar carousing putti with a garland of fruiting vine and a goblet of wine on a rustic gilt lined base, 14 cm high, blue crossed swords, incised A5 with press number 70, minor losses to latter A Meissen porcelain figure group of Cupid Enchained modelled after the original by Christopher Gottleib Juchtzer modelled with a garland ensnared Cupid having his wings clipped by a seated maid whilst her scantily clad companion breaks his arrow on an oval base, 35 cm high, under glaze blue crossed swords, incised J.82 and R, base broken and bound with a brass rope twist ring, some losses
