Delta Laboratories commenced operations in 1982 as a contract manufacturer of products for the veterinary pharmaceutical market and was certified by the Australian Pesticides and Veterinary Medicines Authority (APVMA), the Australian Government regulator of agricultural and veterinary (agvet) chemical products in In 1998 Delta Laboratories diversified into personal care and skin care products where the business grew more rapidly. The company quickly outgrew its premises and in 2000 moved into the purpose built facility at Somersby. It is a 60 minute drive from the Sydney CBD to the factory on the Central Coast. In 2002 Delta Laboratories quality and manufacturing expertise increased and they became licensed by the Australian Government Therapeutics Goods Administration (TGA) to manufacture non-sterile therapeutic goods for human use. Delta Laboratories, always at the forefront of innovation, was an early developer and manufacturer of natural products and in May 2011 became certified for the manufacturing of organic skincare and personal care products by Australian Certified Organic (ACO) and USDA. These are globally recognised as the highest quality standards and our customers are experiencing growth in their businesses with their use of these accreditations. Today Delta Laboratories manufactures therapeutics, skin care, hair care, baby care, homeopathic and pet care products and operates under TGA, APVMA, ACO and USDA accreditations with Good Manufacturing Practice.

We have exceptional product formulators and collaborative partners who can make your ideas into reality. SKINCARE Categories: Natural, cosmeceuticals, sensitive, traditional, therapeutic. In House claims testing available. Cleansers, toners, scrubs milk, micellar, gel, foaming, gel to milk, gel to oil, oil. Moisturisers eye creams, tinted lotion, cream, cushion, gel. Masks cream, gel, warming, exfoliating - mechanical and enzymatic. Serums gel, lotions, liquid. BABY CARE Shampoo and washes gel, milk, liquid including No Tear formulations. Moisture cream, lotion, balms, including nappy rash creams and barrier balms. Massage oils liquid, gel to oil. SUN CARE Categories: Therapeutic (AustL) from SPF 15 to SPF 50+ Sunscreens milk, liquid, spray. Zinc stick white and colours to match your sporting or school team. Lip sunscreens stick, cream. Tinted sunscreen lotion, stick, cream, SPF50+. After sun gel, milk, cream, lotion, spray. Self-tanning cream. We offer: Contract Manufacturing You bring your formulations, ingredients and packaging and we will manufacture for you. Turnkey Contract Manufacturing We will make your formulation and purchase all of the ingredients and packaging for you. OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) We have stock formulations and can package in your brand. ODM (Original Design Manufacturer) We can manage every part of the process from R&D, brand design, manufacturing and packaging. RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT At Delta Laboratories we have invested in state of the art equipment to assist our internationally well qualified product formulators to make the most innovative products to suit your brand and customer s needs. We take your brief and create superb formulations or you can choose to take formulations we have in stock and personalise them with your brand signature. We are experts in creating natural, therapeutic and mainstream formulations across many product categories. In-house Claims Testing We offer a service to our clients to have the product claims tested in-house. We can do before and after studies measuring wrinkle depth, moisture levels, pigmentation and changes in skin texture and plumpness. This provides assurance to the marketing team regarding the product efficacy. Sample, Pilot and Scale Up We have state of the art small batch vacuum vessels to make up to 30kg for clients. This enables companies to use these small runs for regulatory testing, marketing and sales activities prior to scale up full production. Manufacturing and Filling Delta s progressive manufacturing facilities are amongst the most capable and technologically advanced in the industry. We have machinery to effectively mix the batches from vacuum sealed vessels through to a multi-head, camera calibrated fully automated filling line. We produce batches from 50 kg to 4,400 kg. Packaging we fill includes: bottles; jars; tubes - plastic, metal and airless; lip balms and closures include induction, caps, pumps and sprays. We will help you choose packaging styles that can cost effectively be filled on our lines. Quality Assurance and Quality Control Quality is the basis for Delta Laboratories. We test at every stage in the production process so you can be assured of a quality product.
