1 Apparel Catalog The items included in this catalog have been chosen to provide Santa Anita A s members with a selection of high quality apparel which identifies the wearer as a member of the Santa Anita A s. The selection offered includes Polo shirts, Dress Shirts, Denim Shirts, Jackets and a variety of Hats. The club identification will be embroidered on the front of the clothing. As an option, the Club s logo can be digitally printed on the back of the polo shirts and denim shirts. Also, as an option, the member s name can be embroidered on the front of the shirts and jackets. Ordering Procedure Review this catalog to identify the clothing items you wish to der. The following infmation is required f each item to be dered.. Quantity Description Stock Number The apparel shown in this catalog may be purchased by contacting Joe Wilson. Included in the catalog is a sizing chart which may be used to select the the proper size clothing. Size Logo embroidered on front ( which of two options) Logo Printed on back ( if wanted) Name on front ( if wanted) First name to be embroidered All ders should be sent to Joe Wilson either by mail, phone ( ). Upon review of the der and determination of the amount due, a check should be sent to our Club Treasurer. The price shown f each item listed in this catalog is the total cost including sales tax. We request that ders be paid in advance by check, no cash. Turn around time f ders will be 2-3 weeks.

6 Getting the right fit The charts below can be used to determine which size clothing you should der. There are separate charts f men and women that can be used to size the Polo Shirts, Dress Shirts and Jackets. How to measure: CHEST - With arms down at sides, measure around the upper body, under arms and over the fullest part of the chest. ARM - Place hand on hip. Start at the center of the back of the neck and measure across the shoulder, to the elbow, and then down to the wrist. NECK - Measure around the base of the neck, inserting a finger two between the tape and neck f comft.
