3 INTRODUCTION FlynnO Hara Uniforms was founded in 1972 with 22 customers and a mission to provide schools with the highest quality garments supported by exceptional customer service. Today, those original 22 customers are joined by over 1300 others around the country. These customers have continued with Flynn & O Hara because of the quality of our products, our superior customer service, and our ability to adapt, grow, and manage each unique uniform program. FlynnO Hara Uniforms was founded in 1972, with a mission to provide the highest quality garments supported by exceptional customer service. Through three generations and 43 years of growth, FlynnO Hara has remained a family owned and operated company. Our core belief is in the importance of family and in treating our customers and employees like family; it s this mentality that has helped us grow to become one of the largest uniform providers in the country, outfitting over 500,000 students in 31 states. Silkscreen & Embroidery Immediate customization is essential to a successful uniform program, which is why all silk-screening and embroidery is done in-house at our headquarters in Philadelphia, or on-site at one of our 29 retail stores. With over 90 embroidery heads and 30 silk screen presses staffed year-round, we are experts in customization. Last year alone we produced over 1,200,000 custom products in-house. Logo Design We want your school to shine! Branding is as important to a school as it is to a business. While some schools already have their branding in place, many need a little help. Our knowledgeable and friendly service teams are on-site year round to support your families, whether a student is shopping for a whole new uniform, or just needs to do a quick exchange. Our stores are each equipped with silk screen and embroidery machines which enable our staff to customize product within a few minutes, year-round, so that your students are never out of uniform. IN-SCHOOL MEASURING As a company, we understand how much time one extra errand can add to an already busy day. In an effort to alleviate some of the stress that comes with back-to-school shopping, we created our in-school measuring and trunk show programs. On a given date dictated by your school generally towards the end of the school year representatives from FlynnO Hara come to individually measure students at school, placing orders on-site for the following year. Orders placed at school measurings are shipped to students homes along with a free return shipping label, in the event that a student needs to exchange or return an item. year-round to receive orders and handle customer service issues. During the summer crunch, we have 75 toll-free lines manned by 40 customer service representatives to better assist each customer.
