FSP POLICIES AND PROCEDURES TIME LINE: Time lines for embroidery only, is 3-4 weeks directly to the customer via air method (additional cost apply). Or 5-6 weeks via boat method FOB California. Add 2-3 weeks for screen printing, sublimation, or applique process. Timelines are based on digital proof only. If an actual sample is required, or if changes are made, it will delay your timeline. HTT is not responsible for these delays. SAMPLE COST: Custom samples are available without an order for per peice. Random samples are available for (availability is limited, not all styles, colors, fabrics, sizes are available. Fabric swatches are available upon request at no charge. Pre-Production samples are available but will delay your order by 1-2 weeks depending on approval time. Sublimation sample timeline is 14 days plus shipping. LESS THAN MINIMUM: This option is available with a 35-50% upcharge TBD at time of quote. Absolute minimum would be 25 peices. FREIGHT: Freight carriers used for AIR option is DHL and ships directly to any US address. For SEA options, goods will ship to HTT first on a day vessel. Once it arrives to California the method of shipping is one of the following: UPS, Fed Ex and common carriers. HTT will also ship Parcal Post upon request, however we will not be responsible for lost or delayed shipments. Filing claims will be the responsibility of the customer on all Parcel Post shipments. On air shipments dimensional weight applies. For shipments sent to a residence, additional fees may apply. If we are not notified the address is residential at the time of the order, an additional fee will apply. PACKAGING: Most shirts and outerwear and aprons are 24 to a box. Caps are boxed 2 dozen inner cartons, 12 dozen master cartons Orders shipped via air from overseas may be consolidated and the number of caps per box may vary. Discount option for headwear is 12 dz. master case with no inner cartons. OVERRUNS AND UNDERRUNS: Factory reserves the right to ship and bill over or under the exact quantity ordered by 5% per size. Normally exact quantities will be shipped. If exact quantity is required, the purchase order must be marked exact quantity. A 10% overrun is acceptable on all orders requiring exact quantity.
