Protection at work Flower Gloves manufactures and resells products uniquely devoted to Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) saving against any kind of risk and defending any body part : Gloves Safety Shoes Garments Glasses Masks Helmets Visors Ear protection Fall protection Flower Gloves brand: leather gloves, garments/clothing, safety shoes. Services The Company provides services such as: The Clint Project: custom made projects meeting specific needs Size measuring: a specialised team offers size measuring and special sizes testing aimed to create tailor made garments directly at clients location Packaging for each worker: customized packaging on demand, addressed to each worker, including the entire PPE gear Custom made services: printings, labels, embroideries etc. washing-rental Fall protection check: in collaboration with Miller, besides providing anti-fall devices, Flower Gloves offers PPE check at its headquarters. Full-face masks maintenance: in collaboration with Honeywell the Company offers maintenance of the above mentioned PPE. Training courses: aimed at understanding, choosing and correctly using the right PPE Norms legal advice.

3 FABRICS & TECHNOLOGIES Oeko-Tex Standard 100 Fabrics are tested according to Oeko-Tex Standard 100 method, so that they do not contain nor release harmful substances. Indeed, OekoTex Standard 100 forbids or controls harmful substances utilization. Oeko-Tex Standard 100 is an Eco-label promoted by the International Association Oeko-Tex International, located in Zurich. Therefore, Oeko-Tex Standard 100 label is not only an effort declaration aimed at producing manufactures humanly and ecologically committed. It is also an objective acknowledgement that is reached only by succeeding laboratory tests aimed at verifying and respecting the requirements. Cordura Cordura is among the strongest fabrics. Its main property is guaranteed by the excellent abrasion, tear and rub resistance. It is twice resistant compared to nylon standard, three times compared to poly-ester, ten times stronger than cotton. 3 Rainfort by Flower Gloves RainFort is a coated waterproof and breathable fabric. Besides the high abrasion resistance, thanks to its properties guaranteeing excellent protection against rain, wind, besides the high abrasion resistance, the body can naturally breaths.rainfort : comfort with safety. These products introduce in the working world concepts arising from sportwear such as: ergonomics, wearabilty, comfort and breathability. Wicking remarks an excellent property of the fabric that consists in absorbing and pushing outside sweat humidity from the body. This is a v very precious feature since it keeps the skin dry and offers perfect comfort and high thermal protection. GORE-TEX Garments using GORE-TEX laminated are waterproof over the time, wind-stopper and highly breathable. Moreover, they guarantee reliable protection against bad weather along with excellent comfort during a wide range of activities. These articles maintain the body dry because they enable to push away water vapour, so that you feel cool during movements and warm during chilling. What GORE-TEX laminated is made of? 1. The membrane: it is the heart of every GORE-TEX product The GORE-TEX membrane is an extremely thin PFTE expanded layer. It counts more than 1,4 billions of pores every cm2. Such pores are those establishing the characterizing properties in GORE-TEX laminated. 2. GORE-TEX laminated In order to use GORE-TEX membrane when manufacturing the final product, it has firstly to be fixed in between the high level performances lining and the external fabrics.
